My appointment to get my teeth cleaned was at 4:00pm & I arrived & signed in on time. They finally took me back for xrays at 4:30pm, but sent back to the waiting room until 4:45pm-- absolutely CRAZY. I've been a patient for over 3 years & sadly this is the norm. I just don't understand why our medical industry is so dysfunctional in the USA. It's certainly not cheap. Same thing happened with my annual physical in Bristol. I've come to the conclusion that doctors really don't care about their patients & are far too arrogant t... read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They took advantage of my 84 year old mother who has dementia. She paid them 2300.00 with the understanding that was to remove 11 teeth also. Then they send her to and oral surg in JC because their oral surg can`t remove. They and Franklin hosp. in Jc wanted 7000.00 more. Aspen refused to give her money back. She then got ins. and they wanted her to go back to Aspen but they will not return any calls. Left 3 messages for the office manager to call me. Spoke with her once & she sai... read more

I went in today and noticed they call themselves a "no surprises" office. Well, I certainly got a few unpleasant surprises from them when the dentist came in and spoke to me like I was 2 years old when explaining what my x rays showed, then asked "does that make sense?", and suggested a procedure that costed way more money than the one I actually would be better off having, and then, they told me they wanted $500 up front (after my insurance paid about 75% of the bill). Um re... See More ally? I went to a dentist's office, o... read more

Made an appointment to extract an extremely painful broken tooth because my dentist was out for the holidays. My appt was at 1230 and I left at 230 with only getting xrays done and the dentist to tell me it's not just broken it's decayed here's an antibiotic come again...... not what my appointment was for and I will not be back or recommend this place for "emergency" care like their website states

They are horrible. And the wait is ridiculous. After two hrs they tell me I got to come back to get my tooth pulled because they ran out of time. Shouldn't schedule more people then they are able to tend to. I was in extreme pain and wasted my only day off work at their office and all they did was inform me it needed pulled. Thanks guys but I was well aware of that

The service is great, personnel are kind, and the facilities are clean and orderly. Unfortunately, they don't work with all insurance companies and places the financial burden on the patient. While this arrangement works for Aspen, it doesn't do much for the patient who is already stressed because of their dental issues.

The service waz the utmost best, but the way it is ran, the policies, the fact I didnt get a cleaning when thats what i wanted done...It just showed me what the company stands for. Although, everyone was very nice and friendly, the employees cared about me as a patient, i probably wont be back, because this isnt like a normal dentist.

Had a badly broken #19 molar removed yesterday. It was previously a filling that had fell out about two years ago. I had a very bad previous dental experience and was dreading this one, especially when I was told that the IV sedation I was going to have wasn't going to be possible because of health risks. That said, the oral surgeon and the nurses and staff have been nothing short of amazing and within ten minutes, the extraction was done, with no pain and good care. Really appreciated it guys!
