My bridge fell out, went to aspen to have it recemented, told dentist to use their strongest cement as it needed to stay in until after I had a medical procedure done, that was on Wednesday on Thursday the bridge started getting loose again 3 days later it literally fell out of my mouth! Do not recommend! Staff is awesome, work is not good at all! Fillings put in right at 2yrs.ago have already fell out and I am having to have all redone! Not a good experience at all!!�

They were great when me and my husband was buying our teeth. Dr carle did us both he is excellent and did a wonderful job. However I almost died after my last visit and had to put off getting my new teeth sized right until last month. They no longer was friendly when I called to be worked in they would not and said I had to have an appointment which before I never had to have an appointment especially since I am 3 hrs away. had 10 pulled at one time by DR CARLE done good job had very little pain or discomfort. i will see them in 2 weeks to find out about plate.

This is my second time using Aspen Dental. The first time I did not go back. The work was not good I looked like bugs bunny. So much wrong. Had to use second time because of lost front cap. This time the dentist's knew what they were doing. My temporary caps look real and feel good. They took their time. If they cont this way I will go back.

I had my appointment with the Bristol office on Monday & it was the best visit to a dentist I have ever had. The staff was friendly & willing to help with whatever issues come up. I had to visit the office again the very next day to take care of something & that visit was a pleasant one as well. The staff remembered my name & who I was which really impressed me! I have found the place I will continue to go from now on! Thanks Aspen Dental for all your help!

Office staff was very friendly and welcoming however they were understaffed as far as dentists. The dentist was completely unfriendly and took maybe 3 minutes to look at my teeth after waiting an hour to see him. Sorry dentist if you are right and I do need a root canal, your not gonna get my business. I will take it somewhere where my business is appreciated

My 10 year old son was being worked in for a broken tooth. After waiting almost an hour they inform me I had to have his SS no. To enter the insurance. They wouldn't let him go back without it. By then they couldn't work him in. Total lack of communication and a waste of my time and gas.
