Awful!!! I made an appointment here today for an extraction, simple, right? WRONG! I waited an hour and a half, in pain mind you, only to be told by dr Sharks that the first visit was a consultation only!!!! Why was I not told that when I called that morning?? I drove over an hour, waited so long, and left in more pain than I came in with! I'm so upset at the lack of care and compassion. The only good thing was the receptionist lady, she was a real sweetheart.
Sweetest staff, very caring personnel. Iike everyone the dentist us my least favorite place ti go, but the people at this office make you feel so comfortable it was by far the best dental experience i have ever had. If you need a dentist this is the one. Both dentist are amazing.
My husband and I both went in to have our teeth filled . I needed one pulled. The would not fix our teeth until we purchased toothbrushes. We went ahead let them do the whole Gingivitis program. So after doing that because according to them it's bad dentistry to work on teeth without the "program" . Fast forward a month later. I go to have all my fillings done. By far the worst experience I've ever had! I was told we just had to work through the pain of a root Canal by dr. Sharks never allow anyone you care about to see this doctor!
I made an appointment with this office in hopes of getting one tooth pulled and I felt like I was at the Lexus dealership! For one tooth to get fixed, was going to run me over $2000! I just wanted an extraction not to put a down-payment down on a small car! Then they name off other stuff I should have done to my teeth and it's going to cost me $4300! In August 2016, I had dentures made at Aspen Dental, in Bryant,AR. I have had nothing but problems trying to keep the bottom plate in. I went in last week to have them checked, the dentist and tech both said I was lucky to get to keep them in for 2 hours. I didn't pay him for only 2hours I paid for all day use, but to avail. People have said to try polident and comfort strips, no good. Can someone PLEAse contact me concerning this matter.Betty Alexander-870-550-3580
Didn't numb my daughter all the way, basically told her it was all in her head, didn't do a good job had a really bad attitude, and so did the assistant
This was the worst place I have ever been! They claim to have a money back guarantee. That did not happen. They claim their xrays are free. I paid over 600 for xrays and 2 fillings of which one of the fillings fell out the very next day and I was very careful. After several emails and phone calls they returned 160. That's it! I will tell everyone this place is a rip off!
