Slowest place ever
For someone with white coat syndrome, after 7 times in 20 minutes my blood pressure was still high according to the lady dentist. I just need a simple extraction, from a painful tooth and that did not happen. First off the lady dentist bed side manner is pathetic, after I explained the situation and one of the techs (there wrist cuff and arm cuff is to small to get a good reading on blood pressure) It was a hurry up situation then for her. Went to Aspen Dental in Cartersville, GA for their $ 57.00 basic clean and check. They checked my teeth, graded them, went back and changed the numbers, then proceeded to tell me I needed a $ 415.00 cleaning and a root canal!!! Talk about your 'bate and switch". Then I went to another dentist who said I had no problems and cleaned my teeth, for guess what?!! $ 57.00. Thanks for NOTHING, Aspen Dental
The initial visit was good, a few hick-ups but nothing serious! But when I went back for an extraction with the oral surgeon Mark Chrisom it was a night mare!!!!! My appointment was for 12:30 PM and I didn't get in until 3:15PM, by this time he was running behind and treated me like a cattle at the slaughter house !!! This place is terrible. They lie to the patients and they don't tell the whole plan. I spent over 2000.00 on dental work they began in May. I went for reline and was told I needed another $1000.00 worth of work I was not told of. I contacted corporate office they did nothing and didn't even call back. Long story short. I now have $700.00 partial that is no good because I had to go somewhere else to get what they messed up fixed and spend another $1800.00 all because they weren't truthful to start with not to mention all the ... read more
Although the employees are all nice they don't listen to the patient. If you just need a tooth pulled they are great. But if you need a partial go somewhere else.I am here today because they botched my last visit. Today I asked for my partial to be done only replacing the missing front tooth. I get told they can't do that. Really? I am paying for them to do whatever they wish. I have to finish here but I won't be back.
Do not go here. The worst dental experience in my 44 years on earth. I had a cap cost me over $1000 out of pocket. Went back for 6-8 visits and it is still isn't right. My tooth looks like someone wadded up a piece of gum and stuck on top. I still am having problems and afraid to go back.
