My first few visits to Aspen, I really liked it there and I liked the hygienist. Wednesday of last week (10/26/16), I went to have a filling between two of my teeth and the dentist numbed the wrong part of my mouth. No harm, no foul. I already had an appointment for Saturday (10/29/16), so she was going to do two sets on opposite sides of my mouth. very disappointed. First off I called and spoke to someone who setup my appointment of new patient xrays and exam. I was pretty sure I had a cavity and asked prices when I called out of pocket and if I could use the stated discounts on their website. I was told yes. I got there a few minutes early and filled out my paperwork. Let me just start by saying I have 2 kids and 1 on the way. I needed 1 tooth pulled and I knew which one I wanted pulled. I get up for my first appointment and get my 1 year old son up at 7 am to go to the dentist. I get up there fill out all my paper work only for them to tell me I need to get a fax from my doctor. We went in to have our teeth cleaned. We came out with a treatment plan of like 17 appointments and a projected bill of several thousand dollars after our insurance and they didn't clean our teeth. We then received an bill, even though we didn't receive the services we requested because our insurance was out of network after they specifically told us they were in network and delt with our insurance all the time! Do not go there! It's a money trap!

BAD BUSINESS ALERT! Do not go to ASPEN DENTAL in Cookeville. What a racket. I only made a late appt there because I started a new job and my regular dentist closes at 4. I have had issues with one tooth for months. My regular dentist had just put a temp crown on it and told me that if I had any more issues, it would just have to come out. My wife and I got appt. To get some work done on our teeth. We got our work done, I had one tooth extracted and a through cleaning. My wife had a couple fillings. When we got back home I noticed that there was something in the hole, that I thought was a piece of tooth.
