I have been very disappointed with Aspen Dental. I started going to them 2 years ago when Dr. Gene was there. I had all my teeth extracted and purchased their most expensive dentures "ComfiLyte Dents". This cost me a total of $4700.00 These dentures have a satisfaction guaranteed policy with them. First off let me start out telling you I was supposed to get a root extraction because a tooth broke off I called and they scheduled me in Chattonoga it's two hours away. I did not realized however there is an hour time difference so after driving all the way to Chattanooga they told me I was an hour late and would not see me so I had to go home with my tooth still hurting then they scheduled me for thecookville office and they wanted 4,185$ to fix my teeth!!!! Had 2 teeth pulled. She did not pre numb and JABBED needles in my mouth. I was crying and she did not care. Ended up with a dry socket. I followed directions! 2 months down the road and a few er visits I am told to go to an oral surgeon because the side of my gums are swollen and infected because or left chunks or bone. I have a hole in my mouth. Thanks doc Burgess!

My husband was told they needed to pull 9 teeth....he only has 7. The comenity firm credited his full refund. On mine they still want me to pay 345.00 and we both had exactly the same service done. Impressions only. I just wanted new fillings where some fell out. They just came in and talked so nice and everything seemed pleasant. Watch out if you get that feeling on your first visit.

I got alot of work done, but not what I went in for! When I called, I made it a point that I had a tooth I was worried about. 2 people at my evaluation, including the dr., asked why I was there, this one particular tooth I said. I learned of 4 cavities. First visit, I will mention miss Elisabeth, who cleaned my teeth, was friggen awsome! (thank you) It was her last day. She took her job seriously! This place is a SCAM. Do not go there. 0 stars. Absolutely awful. Told me I had 4 caveties (when I saw a dentist a month prior and I had 0) and took a million x-rays. Tried to sell me all kinds of things. SCAM.

I had a horrible experience here! very corporate environment. I was treated like a number not a person! good prices, but you get what you pay for!
