This is the 2nd time I tried to get an appointment for them. The first time I had one they called to cancel doc wanted to go home earlier. 2nd time 5 mins late due to bad traffic they told they can't see me this company is a joke and Kroger should not be affiliated with it. #kroger #aspendental

Absolutely, never again will I go to that dentist. Terrible bedside manners. Kevin the manager, I read him well. Money, money, money. I let him have it. Right to his face..do not recommend this dentist at all.

I go to eastgate Aspen but right now there isn't a hygienist. I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned and whitened at new port Aspen. They cancelled on me the same day after having this scheduled for over 3 weeks. I then had to go to the Florence Aspen. Had my teeth cleaned and whitened there. My hygienist there who is a girl was amazing. The guy not so much. He made me feel like I was a bother to him for being there. My husband and I payed for all of our dental work up front. Most of it was done. My husband had no pain/problems before having dental work. After have a cavity filled he had more pain. Went back to Aspen and turns out he needed a root canal. Aspen does not do root canals. We went to another dentist who did and turns out he had needed a root canal for some time, it was evident on his xray. Aspen did not see it or mention in and did a filling instead which was unnecessary since he needed a root canal. We cancelled the rest of ... read more

I took my wife there and she is not fluent in English (she is from the Philippines) we had our 15 month daughter with us so when she was called to the back I took my daughter next door while the gave my wife an exam and teeth cleaning. when I came back my wife asked me to come back to talk to someone cause she didn't understand what they were saying, they took me to some finance office to discuss a payment plan to extract 2 teeth and partial dentures for my wife, I asked doesn't my insurance cover the extraction and they sai... read more

I had an appointment at 10:30 and arrived with all my forms filled out as I had pulled them off the internet, printed them up and filled them out. I waited for 50 minutes before going to the front desk and reminding them I had a 10:30 appointment and it was 11:20. I was taken in right away. After the x-rays was lead to a dentist chair and waited again, I am not sure how long. I finally got up and asked who I was waiting for and was told the hygienist. It's pleasant to be treated as an important person. My first visit to this facility in Florence. No cavities after two years. Great people and attitude. Now lunch at Five Guys "How Convenient."

My appointment was at 4:00pm. Arrived at 3:45pm signed in and sat down. 45minutes passed no one moved. Me and another gentlemen sat there 45minutes and not one person told us why the wait or when they was going to call us. I got up walked out the door and haven't heard from anyone since. Going to transfer my records to a different dentist. Florence is obviously too busy to attend to there customers.
