They didn't tell me that they weren't in network with my insurance until I arrived for my appointment. They also failed to tell me I needed a Dr. Note since I'm pregnant my first pregnancy! Thank you for wasting my morning! When people call to make an appointment and you take the insurance information it would be wise to tell them then that you don't take their insurance. Instead I found out after waiting 3 weeks for my appointment.
This place is a rip thay use rusty equipment and can not get u in when thay say thay will and if u like to know every body's info and vise versa ya go to this dump
If you're tricare go somewhere else, they refused to treat me bc I wanted a basic cleaning.
Not good. All they wanted to do is sell. Did not focus on the problem. Patient's care and comfort was not a priority. I've gone elsewhere.
Worst service and professional manner ever encountered with medical professionals.. Will not recommend even for a basic cleaning..trade school professionals with over inflated egos.
Can't give a full review because we never left the waiting room. First time we were there we had a 2 hour wait. We went there again and had a 45 min wait and we rescheduled and left. Today we went in for a 4:00 appointment we got there at 3:48 and at 5:15 we left. When confronted we were told they were short staffed, however people who came after us were shown to the back. Would not recommend. Maybe they do good work I'm just not going to wait 2 hours past our appointment!
