I had an emergency appointment with Aspen today. I had reservations and almost canceled because of the reviews. Glad I followed through with my appointment. From check in until the time I finished with the patient coordinator, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I appreciate the level of service I received.

Dr. Park has taken care of me more than once. He is very gentle and understanding! Out of every dentist I have been to he is the only one that I didn't feel giving me the numbing shots!! All the dental assistants as well YOU ALL ROCK!!! Alyssa was the one in there with me this last time. She was also very gentle kind and understanding! Even after they were done pulling my tooth she made sure I was ok! Much appreciated I highly recommend this dentist office!!!

5-2-2018 Had 3 Fillings done ect.... in about an hour & a half. Everything went fine.

I went back for another cleaning, and he made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. I've had problems in the past with my frisky tongue - some dental hygienists take an adversarial position with it, which makes things worse. He relaxes me so well that it's not an issue, which is a great relief for me. I'd recommend him, especially for someone who's had issues with cleaning in the past. Karen W.

Easy to get in without a long wait, location is convenient. Went in for broken tooth and broken denture. Explained my options, and were upfront about costs. Staff were all friendly and talking about costs was matter-of-fact and not awkward at all.

Excellent, friendly service. Even though I accidentally overslept that morning, staff graciously rescheduled to the same day afternoon appointment. I had to wait a bit but called it even for my early morning no show. While waiting for my appointment, I heard several elderly patients who were not only excited about their new smile, they complimented the dentist and staff for "getting it right." Nice job.

I recently had my first checkup and first cleaning there after 2 years without going to the dentist. Everything went smoothly and they were respectful and professional. They did try to sell me extra treatment and products which I feel were totally unnecessary. Overall good experience, affordable for someone without insurance. Would recommend.

Haters gonna hate. Aspen dental clackamas is a great office! The staff is friendly and creates a comfortable environment. Dr. Brady is extremely personable and explained my treatment plan in a way I could understand that was not reaching for high dollar amount. Definitely recommend!
