I took my mother here because she needed a tooth extracted. She doesn't have insurance and they said that was fine. They said she'll be able to get a full exam and X-rays for free! Lies! I'm not sure what happen when my mother went in but after her exam and she was in billing room and called me in with her. They charged her for a "limited exam" which apparently cost. My dental plan changed recently, and I was assigned to Aspen Dental office, Happy Valley branch. So I made an appointment to get the routine first-visit stuff done. This is a new, clean, and modern facility designed for one very specific purpose- to maximize profits for it's investors. I got the feeling that they are set up like a car lot where they first qualify you on your spending capacity, and then sell tie-ins, expensive warranties, and paint protection treatments.
