Front tooth crown fell out-Norman Oklahoma I called at 8am this morning and left a message. When no one called back I called at 10:20. The lady said her name was Wendy (what she told me). She said that she could not get me in until the 17th. HMM their message says they are available for this. When I asked for Wendy's supervisor she said she did not come in today. I asked for anyone other than her and she said that was the dentist. I asked to leave a message for him but she refused. I am pulling my business and my husband's. ... read more

Has a problem with a tooth and they just crowned over it. Worse yet the crown still doesn't fit right after multiple attempts. If you want really expensive bad dental care, this is the place to go. Now I am going to have to have the 2k++ crown removed, the tooth fixed and a new crown put on. They are better at estimates and billing than dental work.

Came in for a simple 5 minute consultation, was asked to return later for an appointment. Upon returning I checked in and waited for an hour without ever getting the requested consult. It is hard for me to understand making an appointment that they cannot facilitate. They could have offered me to come back much later or a different day if things were too busy. Just decided to drop this dentistry and find a new one based on multiple experiences with a receptionist who was difficult to work with, scheduling insisting that entry exams and cleanings be on separate dates, then trying to schedule multiple exams within the same year when I was just expecting to come in for a routine cleaning. The hygienist told me it is routine for one exam and two cleanings per year last time I was in. Terrible experience, asked for appointment to replace upper denture. I was told if I didn't do all there standard X-ray and checking my other teeth. I asked to skip and just denture consolation. Rude front desk lady refused. Plenty of dentist office in Portland!

I think that the only reason why I wouldn't give them is for a couple of reasons: -had availability to get my in quickly and I didn't have to wait for weeks before having an opening -some of the staff we were nice. For example the dental assistant that I had and the receptionist we all really nice as well. As for the rest of experience it was terrible from the second I was brought to the back and asked to sit in chair. I left like I was constantly trying to be sold something: -teeth whitening -Invisalign -wisdom teeth rem... read more

I really felt at first, that they were very accommodating and friendly. That lasted until I got my my permanent dentures, and then... They just stuck them in my mouth and said here you are. Most dental offices check with the patient to make sure everything is okay...not this one. I spent a ton of my own money to get dentures that I have to glue in...I'm devastated...I'm so disappointed. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because they had fast and convenient appointments; my husband got a consultation same day, xrays the next day, and his wisdom teeth removed within a week. However, I wish he had gone somewhere else. They removed all 4 wisdom teeth and did not give him any antibiotics or pain medication. He developed a fever of 103.8, chills, and vomiting less than 12 hours after surgery. I ended up sending him to the ER because the on call DR took an hour and a half to call back.

Moving to this area from Seattle area, I picked Aspen Dental during the Pandemic. Most of the staff was friendly, but when the Dr came in to review the many XRAys taken, she never showed me the X-Rays like all other dentists have, but quickly made a recommendation for Deep Cleaning and left. I paid the $ 450 above what my insurance would pay, which I understood. What I didn't like was the upsell throughout the experience.
