Haters gonna hate. Aspen dental clackamas is a great office! The staff is friendly and creates a comfortable environment. Dr. Brady is extremely personable and explained my treatment plan in a way I could understand that was not reaching for high dollar amount. Definitely recommend!

I have never been to an Aspen Dental before but my initial consultation and teeth extraction when better than I could have asked. The staff is very friendly and they use the most up-to-date technologies to ensure my visit was quick and easy. I had my wisdom teeth removed and they made sure I was very comfortable with an easy recovery. I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Kremer for future dental work.

This place is horrible. I had a tooth where the filling had come out partially. I was leaving for vacation in 2 days so I needed to get this fixed. The Dentist said I needed a root canal but today they could do a cleaning to possibly help the situation. What. Next i go into the billing office. They wanted $3500 for a cleaning and $11,000 for the cracked filling. Ohh.. They can do payment plans.. Run from this place.. If I could give Aspen Dental a zero star, I would. I went in for a chipped tooth, but they didn't even care to look at the chipped tooth; they looked at my mouth just to say i need all of these other things done before they would even look at the chipped tooth. Almost wanted me to spend 18,000 dollars when all I wanted was for them to fix my chipped tooth. Had a 9:15 appointment and was told to be there 15 minutes early to do paperwork. I was and sat and waited and waited. After 30minutes the receptionist told me they were cleaning the room. After 50 minutes I went up to the counter to find out when they would be calling me. They didn't know and were extremely rude and unapologetic and didn't have a time and asked for me to reschedule. Wow. I went to Aspen with an emergency tooth pain issue. It was not addressed. I only have 7 teeth and they're all bad according to the dentist and need to be extracted and replaced with full implants. Hey - only $44k - you got that, don't ya? They didn't ask me if I wanted something for my pain and told me to keep taking my own ibuprofen which I paid for at Walmart. Oh and about those antibiotics you forgot to order? I came in with my mom, who had a fantastic experience with Michelle (I'm assuming patient rep). I was very glad she found a place she liked for her dental work. Alex was a lovely op assistant who was cheerful and kind. Sort of ended there. I came because my mom doesn't always have a full understanding of the English language. I'd give it a zero if I could. I went there for a checkup and all I got was a front desk lady abusively asking me all about my financials. I never got my consult. All I wanted to do was pay after the visit but NO! She wanted too much information, so I walked out. The place was creepy too.

DO NOT GO HERE I was overcharged for both a cleaning and wisdom teeth removal. Was not sent the bill until years later. I was then informed that the appropriate claim was never sent to my insurance and have been dealing with this mess for the past month. Literally go anywhere else.
