went to get my permanent partial mold done, and doctor said fillings need to be done first two others techs said no they did not. He refused to do anything,and also he told me I needed other work done,that I did not want done at this time, then he got into my face and started thumping me in the chest with his fingers and telling me it needed to be done. this after patient in next room told same dentist to f off and walked out. I FIRED MY DENTIST
Everyone was very nice, except the dentist. I won't name names but I remember going in because I need a root canal on my front tooth and the dentist said it would be about 800$ or so I think and money was an issue so after talking a bit he said he would not give me anything for the pain while I figure my finances out but did mention he would do a cleaning for in excess of 500$. Be weary of Aspen Dental. Had an exam done 4 months ago went in last month to start procedures recommended to me. The price they quoted originally was $3500, want they wanted to charge when I came in was over $13,000. Said no but paid in advance for emergency needed now services and just received a bill for additional fees. Aspen Dental has shown deceptive and predatory practices to other homeless vets in the area as well.
Had work done 3 years ago when I had the money, as soon as it was gone they stopped work, billed me more than was quoted and refused to fix a current dental emergency until I could present $87.74. I now have to go back and try and find the original paperwork.
Due to my Dental fears, it had been years since I visited the dentist. They were very friendly and did their best to calm my nerves and make my visit as comfortable as possible. I scheduled follow-up appointments.
I went here and the first appointment was supposed to be free. The first set of xrays were supposed to be free. But guess what? My insurance got charged $209! I got left with a fucking $90 bill for something that was supposed to be FREE! You guys are a fucking rip off!

Worst dentist office I have ever been too in my life. Everything about it was awful. The staff was terrible, the actual dentist was even worse. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure everyone knows about my experience. I went into the office in so much pain and left with the same amount of pain if not worse after being poked and pulled at, they did nothing for me. The absolute worst dentist office ever.
