While everyone has been very nice, it has taken almost 4 months to resolve insurance issues. If it was me owing them money, I'm sure they would be calling me often. But since they need to refund me, I have not gotten a single call in 4 months. I have been having to call for any shred of an update. Also, they keep saying they are waiting on my insurance to reply but my insurance is saying they have not heard from aspen. Hmmmmm, what??
They use to be really great, but with new staff turnover, I'm not so thrilled. they were very friendly, and timely. However they put together a "plan" for my dental care that totaled a whopping $10,000!!!! This included a novacane shot for every tooth they wanted to clean, a double dose of antibiotics (for what the hygienist called a "postpartum hormonal condition NOT a bacterial infection"), a $150 electric tooth brush 2 root canals and 2 crowns. they focus on mainly getting you dentures and nothing else
They are over price and they try to sell you on everything! When you ask for a simple teeth cleaning they tell no you have to have cleaning! For 197 bucks ! If you want to be over charged go here !
first of all i called a 8:30 am they said they had a opening at 1 i told them i needed a tooth pulled. got there at 12:45 filled out the paper work. a ex ray tech took me in and took ex rays . i went to a chair where i sat for 1 1/2 hours i was told they were short 3 people so be patient. i asked to be numbed up and i was told they did not know if they could fit me in. they came back and said they were waiting to see if a 3:30 appointment was coming or not if he was i would not be serviced. so at 3:45 a technician took me to... read more
The office staff was friendly but the dentist was very rough even knowing I was in extreme pain. Then went in the next day for a root canal and the dentist went to see other patients in the middle of the procedure and during the 45ish minutes he was gone no one bothered to check in to see if I was okay. I eventually had to go find someone to let him know I need more pain meds because they started to wear off. It's like "fast food" dental. In, out, just left me feeling meh. Just glad to get this tooth pulled.

Easy to make an appointment. The office staff was friendly. I felt the dentist was honest and confident. I had to get financing though to cover costs - I went to Aspen because they would offer financing; however, the third party financing is charging 29% interest and that is worse than if I just tried to come up with the upfront costs, ugh!
