Months after I finalized my bill the the manager (Jessica) told me that my insurance didn't cover the amount that she expected it to and tried to bill me for an extra $1500 due to the fact that she never talked to my insurance in depth. We went back and forth for months and she told me that she would rectify the added out-of-pocket costs but didn't. Don't waste your time!! I went here about 2 months ago and I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist. I had some pain that I needed help with. I waited a full hour to go back and I was 15 mins early (per their request). There was a girl sobbing in the lobby begging them to help her and they would call other people back and completely ignore her. The gentleman who did my X-rays was nice. This doctor was the worst dentist I've ever met in my life. The worst bedside manner. He did not ask about my history and just opened my mouth and started naming procedures he wanted to do. No how are you feeling, anything i should know about. I feel like i should have bit his finger and got up to leave. He is a disgrace to the profession.

A friend of mine went here. This person has no insurance and was talked into a payment plan that involved paying two different payments a month, one to Aspen and one to a credit outfit called Genisis FS. The patient has been without teeth for almost a year as the teeth are being held hostage until both Aspen and Genisis are paid up. a matter of several thousand dollars. Wow! No consideration for their patients. Today my boyfriend drove to his appointment which was scheduled at 1:00pm. Mind you he is driving all the way from Estacada. Only to arrive there around 12:50 and receive a text message from Aspen Dental saying they're closing early for the day and that they cancelled his appointment. I went in for an infection in my mouth from a broken tooth , they can't fix it until the infection is gone well dr put me on an antibiotic with did not work so I had to go back for another round of antibiotics that did not work so I turn I'm being charged every time I have to go back 160 dollars for a tooth infection that's not being taking care of so I call and they say well yes basically being charged 160 dollars for them to tell me it's still there and also I have to pay for the antibiotics on top of it this is a scam and... read more

I'd give it a zero if I could! The management staff will lie about all pricing to get you in. This place should be closed down! GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE THEN HERE! I wish someone had told me! Jennifer completely con'ed me. Small claims court is an option just for moral reasons!

Very shady. Go to a real dentist. The ad they run about leaving with dentures the same day is a joke. They hold your dentures hostage and make you pay for procedures you don't need. Not to mention last minute cancelling of appointments. Part 2 The dentures are terrible. They feel like huge pieces of plastic in my mouth. They fit nothing like my first pair. Not real happy with this Aspen Dental, I am a patient of record at the Gresham Aspen Dental office. (The 82nd office is closer to my Happy Valley home) I was having an occlusal guard emergency with only 3 working days available before I flew to NYC. In a panic, couldn't get any info if the guard could even be replaced that quickly, all they were concerned about was me scheduling an appt.
