I must say, this was by far the best experience I've ever had at any dental office! Special thanks goes to Tracy, for being so nice and making me comfortable( I'm terrified of the dentist) I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!
Front office was crowded and over talking about people's personal business like the hippa law didn't apply. Dental hygienist was ok Dentist was the best part
It has taken them 4 almost 4 1/2 weeks to get back to me with a yes or no answer, the doctor tells u something different then what the rest of the staff has to say just so they don't have to deal with u there over priced and don't fix there problems with previous work
They were nice when I had my procedure, however when dealing with a billing discrepancy I have been told twice that someone would call me back... No one called back, I've now been on hold for 30 minutes because I refused to hang up until someone from billing will talk to me. Looks like I'll have to stop in to get someone to talk to me. Btw they told me I owed $0, and billed me $413, big difference there.
Staff is great I was very happy Until ! The guaranteed price is a flat out lie! 2 months into 6 months of work and they have added almost a $1000.00 to the cost. Can't even guess what it might be by September. Management does not have time to return a call to talk to me about it. It took the girl less then 15 min. To see that more work was required. Why should I pay for their mistakes?
I felt like I was in a high pressure sales situation and was being sold services that I did not need while the work I needed was not done. The dentist missed my husband's fractured cavity altogether. I would have been better off going to a time share giveaway. At least I would expected to get ripped off. Also, the guarantee of no charges above what the insurance pays is a joke. I got a bill for $22 today.
