I wouldn't recommend this place any human , they said they couldn't operate without a computer. I had an appointment at 9am and they had no contingency plan if their computers were down. I ask if they were down for 3 day's what would they do. She replied nothing. So sad !!!
I had a dental emergency. I had broken a tooth right in the front and I needed to get in somewhere ASAP because my dentist was out of town. I called, made an appointment and they saw me the same day. I explained to the lady on the phone what was happening and that I WAS NOT looking to establish care with another dentist, I just needed my tooth fixed. She said “I understand honey. It sucks. They could not fit me to a pair of dentures. I had to go back 3x never did get them right. So they gave me my money back.
They don't even deserve a one star! I went last week in terrible pain. I wanted 4 teeth pulled. It costed me $855 only to get home and realize they pulled the wrong tooth which caused more damage and pain in my mouth. Went back yesterday because the bad tooth they were suppose to pull broke. They were gonna charge me another $245 even though it was their fault it happened. They showed no sympathy and did not have any concern of how much more pain they have caused me to be in. Please, unless you have a lot of money to throw away, do not go to these people. They do seem friendly at first, that is why I went there myself. But the workmanship is terrible. When you start pointing out problems, they change very quick. When they are unable to fix the problem and only make it 10x worse, when every time you leave their office feeling more miserable than you came in and in my case the situation was made worse, then YOU the customer becomes someone that they cannot please. I was not at all satisfied, why I went because I had a tooth hurting me. Well after X-rays higenest and Dr.Miller. All they were worried about is crowns and parcels. 3200.00 never did get help for what I went for. Very disappointed and two and a half hours wasted.
They come off as slightly rude, and then one they took my husband back they wouldn't let me back, and I asked about him and they said they were just looking at one tooth but the point is I'm his wife we do things together and when it concerns his health I wanna be in every decision he makes because that's my job as his wife. I'm not sure if we will return here or not

The people were kind and friendly, although I wonder about them. I told them I had 3 cavities to fill and they seemed to only be able to find 2, as well as the 2 teeth I had pulled that were abscessed. They did fine on the extractions but the fillings felt weird. I had to finance, within 18 months for no interest, but 6 months later when I went back for cleaning, they suddenly were able to find the cavity I had told them about before plus another one.
