I have been here before and the team were all great.. But today Was the worse experience EVER!!!! I TOLD THEM THE FIXATIVE WAS GOING DOWN MY THROAT . THE YOUNG GIRL WALKS OUT. LEFT ME WITH A MOUTH FULL OF CRAP AND SHE DIDNT COME BACK...SHE WAS THE WORSE !!!! .

Aspen dental sucks!!!! They did not tell us they were not equipped to sedate you for cutting out wisdom teeth!!!!
New patient, and they made x-rays. Made appointment because I was in pain. Said I might have a possible cavitity on my left side, but my right side was what was hurting. Want to charge me $5000.00 for their service for a filling I didn't need, cleaing and a bridge. I said how much for cleaning and filling $322.00 I said o.k. let's do that. The young lady at the front desk lacks compassion and professionalism when speaking with patients. Eating at the front desk is rude. I was a walk in emergency per the request of my insurance, I was seen and treated with a wait, but overall experience I will not be returning to this office. Sorry, I prefer a little more friendly, outgoing, professionalism when I am seen and treated. And the pricing was over priced, even my insurance company advised me that after I was seen.
Been going for years because of insurance issues. Recently got AMAZING insurance, scheduled an appointment to find out that I supposedly needed 10,000 worth of work. The visit was ok, people were nice. Went in to get new bottom teeth then it went wrong. Got my teeth was good till I went to bite down. I cant bite all the way can't chew, Went back to ask about this and they said what I got was for show thats not what I expected. I wanted new front teeth and be able to eat was told I have to take them out to eat-not what I wanted, Now I have new teeth that are uncomfortable to wear not only that I can't use.Hope we can get this worked out. I have been taking care of my mother whose now on hospice for the past 5 months so I didn't know a dress code or I need to have gone to the beauty salon first. I had on sweats, a t-shirt, baseball cap, and tennis shoes. When I was finally called back the x-ray tech said you having a bad hair day.
