POOR SERVICE - I had to keep going back for an adjustment to the upper plate and it's still not right. The fine print says 90 money back guarantee. Well, 90 days passed real quick and a few adjustments in. I've gone back maybe a dozen times and you'd think they'd know me by now. Aspen on Veterans Pkwy is the epitome of unprofessionalism. I paid in full and have a credit balance which they have refused to reimburse to me and they are holding my Invisalign trays even though I signed a release and advised them of my new provider. They are causing unnecessary delay of my treatment. The staff is rude and the manager never takes care of the customer.
