This company does not sell quality dentures. I purchased dentures in August 2020 and in a few days the dentures had cracked. I return them several times because they continued to break in half. I would like a full refund for the money I spent out of pocket and a refund to my dental insurance as well. This company needs to invest in quality materials for there dentures. Waiting for friend. Clerk at desk constantly showing an attitude about me being in lobby. Ask twice what I was there for. Called office manager on me I was put outside. I only asked did she have a problem with me. 63 years old veteran who had service there years ago. These two white ladies seemed very racist to me. I was very flustered. I felt victimized. POOR SERVICE - I had to keep going back for an adjustment to the upper plate and it's still not right. The fine print says 90 money back guarantee. Well, 90 days passed real quick and a few adjustments in. I've gone back maybe a dozen times and you'd think they'd know me by now. Went in for adjustment and sat for well over an hour and when I checked back at the desk, their response, " are you a walk in "? Aspen on Veterans Pkwy is the epitome of unprofessionalism. I paid in full and have a credit balance which they have refused to reimburse to me and they are holding my Invisalign trays even though I signed a release and advised them of my new provider. They are causing unnecessary delay of my treatment. The staff is rude and the manager never takes care of the customer.
