4/5/23 was my first visit. Upon arriving at the office, staff was very unfriendly, no smiles, no good morning, no welcome. I could already feel the tension in this place. To make a long story short, Im 44yrs old. I have serious dental issues with my upper front teeth, which they have been worked on for so many years, so much that they are giving me problems. I went to Aspen Dental in ****** *******. I went because. I have a broke tooth and n need of a partial. They gave me a treatment plan for $17,000 and said that the day would not do anything to address my missing partial and filings unless I agreed to 7 crowns that my insurance would not cover. With insurance, they told me I had to do the $17,000 treatment plan even though when they took out the 7 crowns my treatment would be less than $500 without the 7 crowns. My husband got dentures and implants he said this place and his experience with them was the absolute worst experience of his life. It took them almost a year to get through with everything and that was because they kept cancelling appointments. Horrible customer service !!! The account manager is terrible the way she talked was so disrespectful . while talking while rolling her eyes acting over smart Totally unprofessional in all regards . Never going back there ever again and advice the same to any one reading the review, Although the Dr and hygienist were apologetic but I am never going back . I went to Aspen to have several dental procedures done and prepaid for service. I scheduled several appointments for me and my three children. One of the appointments that I scheduled on a Saturday for my kids noone showed up. I was very upset and called the office the following Monday and the Assistant manager Ravin said they didn't take Saturday appointments at that location and didn't know why they scheduled me and offered me a gift card. 1 star is too high for my experience with Aspen Dental on *********. in *********, **.I went to them for an exam because they took my insurance. My only concern was a loose tooth.Well, after xrays were taken, 2 dentists told me that I must have 6 teeth removed, I needed 2 partials and a bridge. The denture did not fit. So they were willing to give me my money back and they didn't

This company does not sell quality dentures. I purchased dentures in August 2020 and in a few days the dentures had cracked. I return them several times because they continued to break in half. I would like a full refund for the money I spent out of pocket and a refund to my dental insurance as well. This company needs to invest in quality materials for there dentures. Waiting for friend. Clerk at desk constantly showing an attitude about me being in lobby. Ask twice what I was there for. Called office manager on me I was put outside. I only asked did she have a problem with me. 63 years old veteran who had service there years ago. These two white ladies seemed very racist to me. I was very flustered. I felt victimized.
