Called Aspen dental in *********** on ******************* to schedule an appointment, it took me two months to get an appointment. I then had to reschedule, because I was sick to go to that appointment, so they rescheduled me for Friday 5/26/23 at 12:00 noon, so I get there and I find out that they were closing the office at 12:00 noon, I asked why was I schedule for that time, Who ever is scheduling appointments needs to be fired. Worse dentist I have ever been to. Aspen is a "business " caring about nothing but their bottom line. My dentures fit poorly from the beginning. Each time I came in for tge reqired realignment I was told a realignment would do no good: that I needed new dentures with implants. DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS

I went to Aspen in *******, ** and am tired of the bullsh*t! I've been trying to get back in for months after having a deep cleaning and them being confused about what was covered. I needed to go in again for an infected tooth, but couldn't because they wouldn't make an appt until after my bill was paid. After I was finally able to pay part of my bill and ready to make an appt their system crashed (and has been down for 3 weeks!) so I walked in, paid what I owed with a check and made an appt. Aspen Dental is very unprofessional. Made an appointment with the scheduling office. Upon arrival was told that they double booked, and would have to reschedule after driving over 15 miles in rush hour traffic. The excuse was the scheduler does not have this offices schedule. Sounds like they are very unorganized. What professional business does this? Not a good first impression.

I went into the ********** ******* office with a simple request, extract 2 teeth!!! After their dog and pony show, their ridiculous production line BS, I was given a bill for $8,000 and the lady smiled and said" we have an affordable payment plan . " I left in pain and have refused to give into such extortion. 2 weeks later I am still in pain and they refuse to give me my x-rays, (which my insurance Paid for) so I can go to an honest dentist. Highly unsatisfied customer!! Ive had the worst experience with the poorly made top dentures I received from Aspen Dental ******, *******, I made it abundantly clear that I have a small mouth which they saw that from the impression they took. However when I got the the denture it looked like horse teeth, they were to big and thick I had no room for my tongue to move around and barely swallow with them in. I went to Aspen Dental in ********* to get dentures. Aspen did X-rays and told me they would work me up a treatment plan. Next Appt they get impressions. The next time I get the wax try in and pick out the color of teeth being I chose the Classic dentures. My next Appt I get 8 teeth extracted afterwards they put dentures in my mouth that Ive never seen. I get home when I look in the mirror my upper lip is bulged out like a device is in it. I am so disappointed in the dentures I got from Aspen. An impression was made and i was told when my next appointment was, got there and was told dentures didnt come in. When i finallu got them they didnt feel right. They adjusted them then lined them but still don't feel right. They look like l have buck teeth in front. My top lip is starting to turn under the dentures. When I told dental assistant they didn't fit right and showed her a problem she said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I already had extractions done a few years ago fby another dentist, but they did not make dentures so, I decided to go to Aspen dental in **********. I was so optimistic about going only to be let down BIG TIME!! I realized that these were amateurs. The receptionist was so The girl, which I found out was only 23, had to keep trying over and over to fit me for dentures.
