I went here to have a tooth pulled. Was given antibiotics and told to call back to schedule the extraction. Called several times and was told the person who would handle my needs wasnt in or thatd theyd have to check my benefits and call me back. Used my benefits at my initial appointment as a limited exam - rendering them useless at a later time. Still never pulled my tooth. In 8 months had a tooth break out in less than 8 months I bought the ******* economy all I could afford ,they were kinda rude want ****** to replace one tooth ,Went after I got them for a bad fit said they couldn't make better I thought they made better teeth Should have stayed with affordable denture.Cause I was 8 month in no fixing it gor free This was in ******* ** just this week Totally disatifed

*********, ** office. My ******** had our 1st Aspen Dental visit that went well, X-rays and exam. All seemed good, no issues noted during the exam, so we signed up for the Aspen Dental savings plan $59.00 and scheduled our teeth cleaning appointment. They requested a $50.00 deposit each for the cleaning (total cleaning cost $111.00), so we paid the deposit as well. My experience was horrifying. They wait was the only good thing. even though the environment was pleasant . My xrays were painful and then they told me that instead of cleaning my teeth that I should just have them all pulled and get dentures. I know I have severe dental issue but to be told that all your teeth are lose and have cavities when you know that is not the case is terrible. if you were not scared of the dentist don't go here because they will give you reason to be.

At first we had a great experience but things quickly declined once our primary dentist went on materiality leave. This new dentist stated our 11 year old had a cavity but wouldnt fill it, so we took him to another dentist and we were told there wasnt one. This new dentist also told my daughter that her teeth were going to decay faster because she had braces, shes 14 and now panicking about her teeth. Poor service, over priced, sloppy dental work, very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend the office on highway 72.

I called the number for Aspen Dental from the ************ Yellow pages, and was set up for an appointment for me at 1:00 PM, and my wife at 1:30 PM, on 23 June 2023. When we arrived at the ************ office we were told there was no record of our appointment and that they were closed for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 PM. Also, the receptionist was not very polite. We were rescheduled for another date, but after reading the reviews, we are going to cancel our appointments, and find another dentist.

Aspen tried to tell me I need a series of deep cleanings due to advanced periodontal disease. I was checked before and after my Aspen visit and showed no signs of periodontal disease. Scam.

********* ** location it the worst.They gave me appointment at 1pm, and the office it close for lunch. Realllyyy please and we have to wait outside like 10 or 15 min on the sun. I really don't recommend this place.
