I am not impressed with Aspen dental at all!! I received Dentures from Aspen ********* ** facility, they are horrible the dentures are cutting my gums so I cant wear them on top of the front teeth are huge and I look like a donkey. I called to see if I could get in to see someone on 2-21-24 I was told no due to over crowding for that day. I have left messages with no return call. The dentures are horrible I was told not to soak them so so how am I to clean them? I cant eat solid foods with them in I am so disgusted. I called... read more

Not recommended! Tried to add charges 18 months later. Had to file a dispute to get it removed.

I receive service in June 2023, went back in July of 2023 to start my dental treatment and have extraction . At my visit I was told my replacement would be in two week after my extraction top & bottom. Go back in two week, the top was ready but I was told they never said anything about the bottom. This was one of the most devastating experiences of my life. I wish that I could rate zero stars. To start my experience off My appointment was at 1 PM and they did not call me back until a quarter after 2 PM. They say that they accept all insurances or work with all insurances, which they absolutely do not. I had insurance. I needed dental work done. I don't know what went wrong. But it's look like they just said on their hands. I could not contact them I kept getting the voicemail box. I needed a tooth feeling done I was in extreme pain and they just wouldn't follow through correctly. I did enjoy talking with the dentist before he was very knowledgeable. Went to the dentist today they pulled two teeth at aspen said make sure I take my pain medication before the numbing wore off . They said they would call it in to publix 8 hours late no pain mens or antibiotics were ever called in called *********** aspen from 2 pm to 6 pm with no answer straight to voice-mail still no prescription or pain meds antibiotic nothing . .. very very disappointed my mouth hurts . They stink, dont go. I was on waiting list for 2 weeks severe infection they called and cancelled and said I had to wait 5 more days. I was very rude but they cant operate. Go elsewhere

My wife had to get a tooth extracted and it was the worst experience I've had in a dentist office. ************* should be reevaluated and probably fired. He was very **** with numbing my wife's teeth and just jammed ********** in her mouth and even had her crying . When he first walked in the room he was playing chest on his phone. He didn't even introduce himself or anything and just grabbed the needles and was extremely **** with them.when he was done being **** he went back to his phone and walked right out.
