I receive service in June 2023, went back in July of 2023 to start my dental treatment and have extraction . At my visit I was told my replacement would be in two week after my extraction top & bottom. Go back in two week, the top was ready but I was told they never said anything about the bottom. This was one of the most devastating experiences of my life. I wish that I could rate zero stars. To start my experience off My appointment was at 1 PM and they did not call me back until a quarter after 2 PM. They say that they accept all insurances or work with all insurances, which they absolutely do not. I had insurance. I needed dental work done. I don't know what went wrong. But it's look like they just said on their hands. I could not contact them I kept getting the voicemail box. I needed a tooth feeling done I was in extreme pain and they just wouldn't follow through correctly. I did enjoy talking with the dentist before he was very knowledgeable. Went to the dentist today they pulled two teeth at aspen said make sure I take my pain medication before the numbing wore off . They said they would call it in to publix 8 hours late no pain mens or antibiotics were ever called in called *********** aspen from 2 pm to 6 pm with no answer straight to voice-mail still no prescription or pain meds antibiotic nothing . .. very very disappointed my mouth hurts . avoid this company. quick to take your money but have no interest afterwards if a problem arrives
They stink, dont go. I was on waiting list for 2 weeks severe infection they called and cancelled and said I had to wait 5 more days. I was very rude but they cant operate. Go elsewhere
My wife had to get a tooth extracted and it was the worst experience I've had in a dentist office. ************* should be reevaluated and probably fired. He was very **** with numbing my wife's teeth and just jammed ********** in her mouth and even had her crying . When he first walked in the room he was playing chest on his phone. He didn't even introduce himself or anything and just grabbed the needles and was extremely **** with them.when he was done being **** he went back to his phone and walked right out. First appointment a month ago went great then this happens! Totally left hanging in the waiting room 25 minutes I had a simple scheduled xray for 11 am 12-19-23 it had been scheduled for two weeks. I arrived 5 minutes early with only one in the waiting room ahead of me. Waited till almost 25 after still no one came out.This is not a good service practice to be using. spent 2 1/2 hours there and they did nothing. Told me they would fix my tooth and just continued to ignore me. Never got done what I needed done. Then wanted to charge me $1300 for a cleaning!! My insurance pays for the cleaning. I won't ever go back.
