They are the worst people ever! I took my elderly mother to get her upper dentures replaced. Before we went, I asked if they accepted her insurance and they said yes. When we got there, it was a whole different story. We had the appointment at two, was told be the receptionist that the appointment was at 2:30. I proceeded to show him the text and email that I received. He told me there was nothing they could do, we just had to wait. I do not recommend them to anyone.
I scheduled two appointments, but was not seen once. The first time, I scheduled online, but the office I chose didnt have me on their schedule. After rescheduling for second time, I was turned away because they were still working on another patient and that a wait time for me could not be determined. Never using this company again.
I went to an Aspen in Dental in *********. ********* absolutely have no feelings or care about their customers and if you complained about them to their superior, they will turn it around and said that you was the rude person I asked a total bill of my dentures, and all procedures from the get-go paid in full last day of visit wanted to charge me an extra charge for my gum, cancer screening, which I thought I paid for in the beginning theyre rude and disrespectful and then when you really need your teeth back because you can... read more
Very unprofessional I think theyre letting untrained people to work on patients how are these people still in business write your senators do something somebody Im a disabled in service veteran this is not what I put my life on the line for
I scheduled an emergency appointment and told them I needed a tooth pulled. After driving hours across state lines to fix my emergency, they sent me to the car at 11:37 from my 11:30 appointment after their xray shower exactly what I told them I was coming for. They couldnt do anything on this visit.. absolutely insane they called me in to tell me nothing I didnt already know! With this exposed nerve I havent slept in days. They are awful! the girl up ***** told me she didn't need this from me!! I was just asking about a credit of $1,000.00 that they still have. She said she couldn't find it, that I must've gotten a refund. I told her no I did not. I asked for the manager and waited 20 minutes!! Just to have the rude condescending lady tell me she can't help me. She said they have a new system and it's not coming up with any credit. I asked for corporate number and she said there isn't one!! Do NOT go to the Aspen dental practice on 15th St in *****!! Terrible product and customer service. A year ago my mom, elderly lady on a limited income, needed her top dentures redone. We went to Aspen. She couldn't afford the top tier so bought the ****** dentures with a 6 month warranty. They told us that they'd last for at least 5 years but probably closer to 7 or 8. Do not go there. A patient is for them an opportunity to make money and take advantage of a person in pain only to charge you stating that you will reimbursed once their claim with the insurance will go through. Well, it took several trips back to their office for them to finally process a claim and I am still waiting for them to reimburse the difference between patient's responsibility and what they charged me, which was 300 $.
