It sucks when the front of the office and back don't talk. Makes for an extremely shitty patient experience
I have been taking my daughter they schedule you a appointment and then when you show up they tell you weren't even on the schedule or that they called and cancelled which they never did then try to charge you a copay for a anuall cleaning when there is no copay call the insurance company and they refuse to speak to the person and then want you yo keep quiet so no other person can hear what your saying about how they handle stuff and its pretty bad when some of the other patients in there are complaint as well because they h... read more
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ASPEN DENTAL! I CALLED THE LOCAL PHONE # & GOT THEIR CORPORATE SCHEDULING IN NEW YORK. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR 4PM WITH THE N. LAKELAND OFFICE FOR A DENTAL EMERGENCY. AFTER ARRIVING I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT HELP ME! VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! I WONDER HOW THEY WOULD LIKE IT IF SOMEONE DID THAT TO THEM!
Said no charge, but charged my insurance anyway. Small fine print they said I should have read.
