I had a great experience at Aspen dental today. I had an emergency situation and they got me right in. Everything was explained to me in great detail from the costing after my insurance all the way through my postop steps. Dr Painton Kept asking if I was OK throughout the procedure. Everybody was very professional and concerned about my situation.

I was taken in as a new patient immediately and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The lady on the phone was very courteous and honest about all charges and how my insurance would work as far as what they would pay and not pay. Check-in was easy and all of the staff were very nice and professional. The hygienist gave me some sound advice about some gum issues that she noticed and was gentle yet thorough with the cleaning.
