The staff and Doctors are wonderful!! My kids look forward to their cleanings and the visit with their dentist!! It's such a warm inviting office, and I can't thank all of the staff enough for that!!

I have a fear of Dentists. Don't know why but I always have. I went to Aspen Dental for a consultation and found out I had to have 12 teeth pulled. I had never felt so scared in my life. Dr. Phillips helped me through all of this. And it wasn't just him it was the whole Aspen Dental team in Mattoon. From the receptionists to both Dentists and every one in between. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I will be going back for my checkups. Thanks Aspen Dental for getting me over my fear.

Do not waste your time or money.!!!! this place is a scam. they advertise Emergency walk ins welcome. i made an appt online for emergency extraction. I drove an hour. all they did was take x rays and said no they do not do same day extractions and I'll need to schedule an appointment. so I missed work. drove an hour. spent an hour and a half in the office. and still left in pain with a major toothache!!!!!! this place is the worst dentist office I have ever seen
