Had a great experience at Aspen dental with Dr Painton. I broke my tooth Friday night at dinner and stayed up all night in pain. I called Aspen Dental Saturday morning at 8am just praying they could get me in to check it out. The ladies at the office were super nice . They told the Doctor what happened and he was more then happy to meet with me even though they were already over booked ! I ended up having to have a tooth completely removed. was my first time here. went in for tooth pain. they ended up pulling the tooth same day. the staff and Dr. were very friendly and professional. no nonsense or "surprises" in the billing either. definitely my go to dentist from now on

I broke a tooth over the weekend, look online and found this office. Scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. They got me right in, the Doctor took a look and suggested that it be pulled. As I was talking with the scheduling clerk, the Doctor walked back up and said if I had time to wait he could get to me that morning. Within 1 hour I was back in the chair getting numbed up. VERY PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY AND HELPED PUT ME AT EASE. ALWAYS FELT LIKE THEY REALLY WERE GLAD TO SEE ME. WHEN MY CAPS BROKE OFF AT THE GUM LINE, DR. POINTON DID SUCH A GREAT JOB GETTING THEM OUT. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. ALSO THE OFFICE ALWAYS INFORMED ME FINANCIALLY SO I KNEW WHAT IT WOULD COST BUT NO PRESSURE. I PUT OFF GOING TO THE DENTIST FOR YEARS BECAUSE OF MY FEAR OF DENTISTS.
