Worst dentist office I have EVER been to. They will lie to get you in the door and then overcharge you for UNECESSARY things. Called to clear up some billing issues, and the they make it VERY obvious that they do not care about your concerns. They will insist it's anyone's fault but thier own and get rude with you. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible experience! All they care about is getting money out of you. Never in my life had I ever had a cavity and they are telling me I have 6. The majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional, they are rude and rush you along without answering any of your questions. They gave me an itemized list of what they said was needed, including a $170 toothbrush and $700 of other procedures. Nothing. I had my teeth pulled in the last week of February in 2018. My mouth was destroyed by the dentist that pulled them because he was in a hurry to get to Chicago. Healing process took longer because of this. Supposed to get permanent dentures on Dec. 21 but got canceled. Nothing seems to get done when it's supposed to. Just not happy with the whole process. Would not recommend to anyone.

Husband had dental work a couple months back. Aspen’s billing department messed up the charges and when they finally fixed THEIR mistake, they sent the balance bill to collections instead of sending a revised balance bill. Very unprofessional way to handle billing.
Dentist was very good! Took way to long to get tooth pulled! A lot of waiting for silly fiancé people! Told them was going to pay cash right then! But wouldn’t have dentist num mouth while waiting for them to do paper work! Should not have to wait in pain! But dentist had to wait for paper work to okay tooth to be pulled! If your paying cash don’t make patients wAit for services! I won’t use Aspen Dental in the future!
Good staff good dentist can't continue to go due my teeth being in my sinuses. Tried to get a refund for the dentures I don't have left multiples messages with no contact back. Now I'm out money on this ordeal.
I came in for a general checkup and cleaning. While filling out paperwork, the staff at the front desk were being loud, obnoxious, and racially/sexually inappropriate. One was pretending to be a ninja, using an oriental voice, and one was making comments about being a cougar to a delivery driver. Their antics continued and were audible throughout my whole visit.
