Absolutely horrible experience. Not only did they bomb us with scheduling calls many months after we left despite repeated requests that they stop calling, I find out 6 months later my credit card is still being fraudulently charged with aspen dental charges I never authorized. Which I intend to dispute charges with my cc company and file police report for credit card fraud in the morning. Everyone at the Oak Ridge, Tn office is very kind, considerate, and caring. My old dentist was kind of rude & always hurt me pretty bad but Dr. Hong was very good and very gentle with my tooth extraction. Her & her assistant were both very caring and made sure I knew they were there for me while I was getting a tooth extracted, would speak calmly to me & tell me everything is going great which I really appreciated because my old dentist wasn't like that & it always freaked me out! Let me begin by saying that all of the people I interacted with here were very pleasant and nice to me. I have no issues with any of the individuals who scheduled my visits, cleaned my teeth, did my fillings, etc. However, I do think Aspen Dental as a corporation is a scam. Not very happy with this office right now. I have been trying to call and reschedule my appointment and can not seem to get any answer. I always call during business hours and when I call I get told by the automated response system to call back during normal business hours. And this is not the first time this has happened to me either. It's pretty bad when you cant eat because you cant get in to get your adjustments done. Brown is not competent. The staff are hateful. If you have oral surgery they dump you out the back door next to the dumpster and smoking area to hide you from the other victims. Then when it's time for them to schedule you for soft liners they block your calls and refuse to contact you.
Oakridge Aspen Dental - Terrible, Absolutely Awful, The Worst Dental Office Ever!!! I removed my bad feedback and now I am adding it back. I went in for my first appt, told them on the phone I had pain in my gum, not tooth. I wanted to have a dentist look it. $20.00 first ov with no insurance sounded good. WRONG! The worst experience I have ever had at a Dentist office. I originally scheduled to have one tooth pulled that had a 22 yr old filling fall out of. Dr. Brown looked at my x-rays and said, "It looks like a wisdom tooth has a cavity, let me please pull that one also", mind you I am 38. I have had only one wisdom tooth removed when I was a teenage, and since this tooth was so far back there I thought sure why not.
