If I could give negative stars, I would. My relative went in for a crown two years ago which fell out last week. She went in today to have it put back in and the doctor put it back in crooked and lower than the tooth line. All the while, trying to upswell her to a bridge...ridiculous. My relative left mad and upset that the doctor didn't even have the decency to put it back in correctly. DEFINITELY, no recommendation from this family.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a dentist office. They originally were going to do 3 fillings and a root canal. They messed up the filling and just globed it on the back and didnt shaped it correctly so when I bite down the tooth below hit the filling and none of my other teeth would make contact. I recently had a tooth extracted by Dr Brown at Aspen Dental. I was a new patient and I was thankful they could work the extraction in to the schedule. That is where my positive experience ended. Late on Friday afternoon (After office hours), I developed dry socket. I made 7 (yes seven) calls to the after hours service on Friday evening and all day Saturday. Update: My wife, Melissa had her crown come off tonight. This was the crown that had a hole in it and the dentist said it would be OK. In fact, the hole ended up getting bigger. The crown was put on the beginning of March and not even 4 months, it comes off. After Melissa wrote her review, the dentist called her and left a message stating she was upset that she notified corporate and again reinstated how the crown was ok. My daughter is still in pain and I can still see a missed cavity. I still have a jagged edge on a tooth that the dentist "fixed." They won't return my calls. I spent a lot of money and I'm very disappointed in the service my daughter and I received.
I didn't even want to give one star! I'm disappointed with the services at this office and wouldn't recommend anyone going there. I had a crown build up/crown prep done and then the dentist put a temp crown on. Three times the temp busted and I had to drive all the way back up there to get it fixed. Finally, the crown came in, but ended up leaving with a hole on the occlusal/top of crown. Once I saw the hole, I went back in and the dentist explained it would not affect anything.
