The fact that they hire convicted felons to work for them who are currently on probation is definitely a no go for me. Just a heads up beware

I was seen today at this location today: Dental Associates of East Tennessee PLLC 445 South Illinois Ave Oak Ridge, TN 37830 I am extremely disappointed 😢 with the hygienist and dentist. I went into office with bad gum pain, not any tooth pain. I had this happen before and my old dentist was able to look at the area around the tooth. He cleaned and checked the area for food stuck in between the tooth, removed plaque and rinsed my tooth all in a few minutes so I would feel better until a deep c... read more

They are the kindest people, I'm actually excited to go back
I'm really pissed they refused me care after I drove all the way over there tell me I have options then tell me he wasn't going to do the filling or root canal or a crown I didn't like his attitude

Worst experience ever!! My consultation appointment was scheduled at 830am. Took about 15 minutes they pulled me back and did my xray's all was good. They then put me into a room pending a visit from the dentist and hygienist to complete my consultation. I waiting in this room for over 45 minutes with no word, nothing except 5 minutes before the dentist came in someone told me that she was finishing with another patient and would be I'm shortly. Horrible horrible experience... pulled tooth hurt for 1 week went back said bone spur pulled it and now almost another week and still hurts, all they gave me is IBU and tell me to wait 2 weeks in pain before I can see the surgeon... ps. They said if surgeon has yo do work it will be free of charge... seems like they know what's wrong... why else would they tell me will be no charge to me for surgeon services
They were supposed to pull a tooth for my wife. Days later after the did she is still in a ton of pain she went back and they had left some of the tooth. they took that out and told her they wanted to have her” come back so the surgeon could see how it’s healing oh and if he has to do anything it’s free” that’s two weeks from now she can’t handle the pain that long she has told them three times. They damaged her and are making her wait two weeks in pain to fix it. I’m about to call a lawyer this is a joke never go there!
