The staff was super nice personality wise. I also liked the Dr. but my time is precious and I had not been seen by the Dr at 9:20 and I had an 8:00 appointment. Then it was for an emergency situation and 5 days later I got in. They tried to register me as a new patient and take full mouth exrays etc. I explained that this is just for an emergency situation. I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday. It was the most efficient and painless process ever! Dr. Brown and her team were great! No problems and I haven't had to take anything for pain!
I've been a customer for a while...this appointment was a six month check up. They thought I was a new patient and I also had to confirm several times through email. After my exam they told me I had several cavities and two crowns that need to be replaced plus have an implant. Really confused as to why none of this was seen 6 months ago. I was given the impression that the last dentist wasn't good. I ask for a comparison of old X-rays to new but didn't get any response.
I made my appointment 6 months ago during the last appointment. Got the email requesting that I confirm my appointment, which I did. Received the email that I had confirmed my appointment. Get there for the appointment and they don't have me down. I'm not sure what good it is to make the appointment 6 months in advance, confirm the appointment, if they lose your appointment. While the people there may be nice, it doesn't matter if you can't get in. I'll be going elsewhere for sure.
Everyone there was great but my insurance recommended them and when I got there they did not take my insurance. Keep your insurance updated. Other than that and a wasted trip, it was pleasant.
My first appointment was amazing and I loved the place, however, when I called to try to get an emergency appointment due to extreme tooth pain I was told earliest they could get me in was Tuesday (a week away) even though their website says they do emergency appointments. Then when I went in for my appointment all was well until the dentist went to pull the tooth. I seen dds fox he didn't even listen to me and then when you go to check out they have a "salesman" you see trying to sell you a loan for any work you need. Then I was ridiculed with my insurance by the guy saying what did you expect to come here and not pay anything which I was expecting just a cleaning which I was refused. I will never go back there they are very unprofessional.
The other two reviews must have been written by relatives. Dr. Fox was the worst dentist I have ever seen. I would let my teeth rot before seeing him again.
