The staff is so amazing. Friendly, nice and understanding.
Horrible experience. My work was never finished. I'm suing in small claims court which is super easy and only $35 no need for a lawyer! Still waiting for my records. Check GOOGLE and Yelp REVIEWS TO SEE THE FULL PICTURE! Current class action lawsuit about their selling practices. Get ready for timeshare sales! They bring you into an office and close the door and it's hammer time!
My first and last time coming here. Didn't even get seen. Receptionist was new and made an error. It happens. But due to her error they were only willing to see one of us instead of both. Too many dentists forget who works for whom. You never ASK a customer to pay for the mistakes of a business or it's employees. Imagine if they lost Internet and phone and then Comcast told them that due to an error by a tech, they couldn't get service for that day and need to reschedule.
Stay away from all locations!!
Close this branch. I’m too embarrassed to tell all that I experienced that way negative. I’m nearly a senior citizen and I never post to anything. I’m so mad, I could chew nails, oh I’m sorry, they pulled all my teeth. I’m so mad, I could chew oatmeal.

I’ll give this place 0 stars! Awful experience! Waited for 3 hours over NOTHING! No calls backs or anything. They claimed that they misplaced my paperworks and not even the manager came through to explain and apologize herself!
