Don't waste you time or your money. 1. Long wait just to get my insurance checked, over and over again. Although I had made an appointment and called in. There we two other women in the lobby who also seemed to be given a hard time and long wait. 2. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I recommend the Manger(nicest one in the building) to keep the receptionist(professional - Ciara?) and hire all new techs and a new dentist. Reason for visit. Needed new full dentures both upper and lower. Choose basic dentures at advertised price of $399.00 for each denture. Initial visit was good. Full mouth X-Rays. Impressions taken. Back that afternoon. Both dentures in wax. Looked OK. Have worn partial Denture since age of 12. Full dentures since age of 23. Now 90. Received both dentures next day. Avoid at all costs. We recently switched dental insurance - big mistake. Aspen Dental was the only dental office accepting new patients in my area, so I gave it a go, and now I have many complaints and regrets: 1. When you schedule an appointment, you have to first come in for a "new patient exam" which typically involves dental xrays, gum measurements, and a teeth inspection by the dentist. No cleaning. Staff friendly. Place clean, however, will not be returning had horrible service. They did not verify my deductible nor insurance coverage with my dental carrier. They gave me this expensive estimate which did not include my dentist deductible which made my bill higher then what it was suppose to be. I have dental insurance, so their was no reason to estimate a cost when my dentist insurance would cover the cost of my treatment.

Place is clean. Desk staff are great. Service not great. Dentist just slide his fingers through your gums and teeth. No thorough peridontal check like good dentist would do where you would hear each teeth/gum is being check and graded. Not even 3 mins, his part is done.

Disorganized, unprofessional...The first time we went in, they mixed up my medical records with my child's, then the dentist never looked at my child's teeth after the dental hygienist, yet we were there for over 3 hours for 2 basic exams with cleaning. If you arrive on time, expect to wait at least an hour to be called back, and then surprise! They have another waiting room in the back. I was looking to change dentists. I looked at my provider list I have a PPO plan Aspen was in the network. I made an appointment and arrived on time. When I got there 9 people were waiting. I waited for a hour to be seen. During that time 2 customers came to complain about her bill. Once I was called I asked for my file to leave. When the office manager asked me why. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today was my first visit. I asked the person at the front desk (LISA) a few questions regarding my insurance. She was very rude when answering. When I went to sit down to fill out my new Patient paperwork, she told another staff member. "I need to figure out my Saturdays, I don't have time for new patients wasting my time". My Dentist retired. I came to Aspen Dental. They took X Rays. Dr. Williams was fine. They scheduled me to come back for a cleaning. The office people here is totally incompetant. They did not know how to acces my Dental Insurance. They were unable to set me up for a cleaning. They just didn't know how to do anything right. They don't call back. Everytime I call, they can't get anything done. I gave up. Its like a clinic, where no one knows much of anything. Goodbye.
