I walked in and was displeased with customer service from the hygienist. Chante- yeah Her attitude is horrible. Im glad she is not working there anymore. I have received great service from the front desk Latasha and Ranelle. They have helped me with the issues I have gotten from the previous manager. When I emailed her, she got back to me quickly. Rude!!! The dental Hygienist Shanta or Shantay, What ever the heck her name was , she was very rude and condescending even insulted me about my finances which I believe was (projection) all while she's standing there with Bottom braces ONLY. She swelled up on me when I was only trying to get clarification on why they were trying to get me to pay for the additional services. This place is most assuredly a scam. They do many unnecessary films, try to strong arm you into work that you don't need, and refuse to do basic services if you don't agree to a multipronged many thousands of dollars treatment plan/schedule.

The saga continues. I have called and requested my records with no success. I called 3 days in a row and never spoke to anyone. Those who have called know what I mean. Why don't they pick up the phone? Anyway, each of those days I left a message and nothing. I am tired of these large companies screwing over the little guy/gal and then just ignoring us until we go away. I give 2 stars for the staff at Owings Mills. They were all great and seemed to care about the patients. The Dentist was another story. She " dressed down" her x-ray tech right in front of me and embarrassed her. Then she made me sit through more X-rays with a cracked tooth that was killing me. She went through my examination in break neck speed, not stopping to explain anything to me. Then they sent me to the Business Manager to get the treatment plan. It cost as much as an automobile! I am still waiting for an appointment for my mother for a cleaning. I had an appointment, left work early to pick my 86 year old mother up for her appointment, went to Aspen Dental in Owings Mills and they told me that she didn't have an appointment . I was like, do you think that I would bring my 86 year old mother out in this heat if she didn't have an appointment. I was definitely pissed, I made her another appointment while I was there. Save yourself some time, money and frustration by reading the reviews. I wish I had done my research prior to scheduling an appointment. It's awful from appointment setting to the procedure all the way up to the billing. The Owings Mills location is in need of an overhaul.

Customer service is poor. They take your number to call back and never call you back. System been down for several weeks and can't get a balance on your bill. They are quick to accept your money. It's very hard to make an appointment with the oral surgeon. They hang up on you when you call or they put you on hold for so long that it hangs up

Well Stephanie I did what you wanted and waited 48 hours your office has not called me back. You have no customer service in this office I will take my business elsewhere I need to get my tooth fixed
