Waste of time had my appointment at 11a the lady tells me that they don't take my well point insurance l told lady over the phone l had that type insurance why waste my time and never called me

To Whom it may concern at Aspen Dental, I purchased a full set of dentures back in 2022. I have had nothing but problems with them. They make my mouth bleed daily as they do not fit right. Initially I was told we could remake them as many times as needed to get them right. I had one remake after the first set of perms I was given. The remake is the one causing problems in my mouth. If you're in pain and have an emergency dental issue this is NOT the place for you. I wish I never went here. I broke a tooth and am in terrible pain, it took them 2 days to fit me and when I got there their levels of care were 0-none. They didn't have ice packs or heat compresses or meds they could provide me on site as I waited in their office for over 2 hours. They also left me waiting in a room for 30+ mins since they were "understaffed". Anyways he said he ordered me amoxicillin and a pain med to be ready after we were... read more

My frustration with this location has my blood pressure elevated. I am one of the first patients to join, even encouraging others to join. None of my referrals went back, all expressing the unprofessional posture and service. I was given an appointment and told a particular procedure would be completed. I was called an hour before the appointment and told thati I was scheduled for another procedure. What professional office does that. Everything Aspen dental they leave a lot to be desired. Their customer service is the pits you can't get an appointment. You can't even talk to someone on the phone. The line just rings. Try to make an appointment online and that's like going into a bank trying to withdraw money without a bank account. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone not even pets. And the only reason I gave Aspen dental one star is because yelp will not let you post your comments without a star and that's not right. You should be able to... read more

Appointment at 9:30am at the 1264 Joppa road location. seen for X-rays 10:25am. Waited over 30 minutes for dentist hygienist for teeth cleaning. There customer service line is another long wait then your transferred to the location office that ask you the same questions the customer service did. Aspen dentist was wonderful. Now there just a corporation that does not care about there patient. I will never go to this location at 1264 Joppa road towson, md . They did a quick exam and said they would follow up with a treatment plan. They never called us back. We called several times and even their HQ could not get in contact with them. They are unprofessional. I wish I never went.

First..I'm not the patient. My love is, but he has shared his experiences with me from the beginning. My love hadn't had dental care in yrs, but decided to start taking better care of his teeth. He had a time trying to find a dentist office that accepted his insurance. Aspen was the only one he could find, so he scheduled an appt. As a first time patient with an appt, he walked up to the doors of the office and they were locked. No one was there. Two stars. The first thing I want to say is the front desk staff has been amazing. I always seen changes in staff which is terrible. But overall, front desk and the new back team were great. Latasha was a great manager in the office; so sad to no longer see her in the location. I also want to say I have met Ranelle since she first started and she always been professional and respectful towards every patient walking in. Shout out to Jordayn and Tyasa.
