No doors on treatment rooms in the middle of a pandemic. Staff walking around without masks on. And made me wait TWO HOURS for an EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT.

I can appreciate that due to COVID my June appointment had to be canceled. But they should have called before I arrived. Then in December when I tried to reschedule the front desk attendant was rude and uncooperative. When I finally arrived on time at my scheduled date, I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen. The dentists and hygienist here seem capable but the front office staff is sub par to say the least. I won't be going back. I'm literally sitting here right now writing this review. I made the appointment the night before for 1:15 pm for my boyfriend. Sitting in here and seeing 5-6 people be seen before my boyfriend and it's going on 1:30. They did not call him back until 2:07 pm. I feel like they ONLY called him back because I was on the phone calling other dentist office so we can leave and go some where else and they heard me on the phone. Avoid this place like the plague. Horrific experience. The dental care is sub-par (I've had 2 different dentists give an evaluation of the work and unequivocally state that it was done wrong), and the office staff is even worse. They never answer the phone, dont return calls, give inaccurate estimates, and utter lack of organization. If I wasn't stuck getting a crown repaired here I'd never go back. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been! The office manager was rude and just wanted to argue with me about my insurance...... I will never go there again.

unbelievably less then best ! could not treat my dog ! be sure to read all other reviews because they are great testimonials and fore warnings... " patient beware " lee foland 410 530 3222 worse at the towson location. I guess this is the auto dealership of the dental world.

Service at this location was extremely unethical. My 80 year old husband was encouraged to have maintenance work completed totaling approximately $1,700. No dental work!!! He was told insurance would cover a portion and a certain amount would be financed. Instead, we continued to receive invoices from Aspen Dental. We were informed by personnel that the wrong insurance company was billed and we should allow some time for processing. Now, Aspen Dental has forwarded our account to a collection agency. Update: I am getting dentures. I have already paid over 81% of my current bill. I won't be getting my permanent dentures until after 6 mos. Sierra, however, has reported my bill to the NY office as being delinquent. I told her I would pay the remaining balance when I come back in September for my final impressions. The agreement I signed said "payments are due by the time services are provided" NOT 6 mos. in advance. Anything could happen between then and now. Don't ever go here you will wait in waiting room for hours before seen by doctors! Don't give them any money upfront they will never finish the job! They will take lots of unnecessary xrays! They lack experience! All the employees are very nice! But when it come to paperwork & getting dental work done in a reasonable time is out the question! This place is a fraud!
