Dr Todd ...is one of the best Dentist in my lifetime ...He should get an award...He's extremely knowledgeable in Gentleness...He's extremely efficient... He's soft spoken...I told Him I was nervous ...He really does Care...All my fears from Dentist for 50 + years are gone ...As long as it Dr Todd doing the work ... and his whole Team are amazing...I'm pretty sure he hand picked them. Well, I never thought going to the dentist for a toothache would be a worse experience than buying a used car !!~!~ Very good service, saw me quickly, the first appointment consisted of extremely deep e-rays, then a meeting with a dental heigenist , then after about 35 min I finally saw the dentist, Dr Todd they called him, seemed like a great guy very friendly but really appeared to more concerned about removing all my teeth and giving me an upper and lower dental implants. I had a top notch experience at the Palm Desert Aspen Dental. I had my teeth straightened with their Motto Aligners and am so happy with the outcome! My teeth are straight and white! I was a little hesitant to use Aspen Dental because of reviews I'd read about Motto Aligners and Aspen Dental in general. I had an upper denture over three years ago, but I dropped it and it broke. Requesting a replacement, so I'm hoping aftercare is good...
After a long recovery journey from a respiratory illness I was in desperate need of cleaning and care of my teeth. Due to the risk of infection I couldn't go in 3 years. I was referred by a very good friend to see Liz the dental hygienist. Upon arrival the front desk greeted me and Liz came out and gave me a warm welcome! I have been in dire need (emergency services) to see a dentist. I looked online for places willing to help with payment solutions. Lets face it, dental work is not cheap. Aspen got me an appointment the next day and in the morning. I showed up and was greeted with a friendly receptionist that made me feel comfortable. when I went to the back, the girl went to take my x-rays, and noticed the amount of pain I was in. The staff is phenomenal, however, I am more than disappointed with my final outcome. I've been going through this process for 6 mos, the bottom plate they made for me doesn't fit at all. I feel I'll have to start the process all over with a different dental facility
