I'll start with the outcome. I visted their office for a denture repair and within less than two hours, I received my denture back with the high quality repair I needed. The problem was getting to this point. I made it very clear from the outset that all I wanted was a repair. I would come back in the future, If, when, I wanted a new set of dentures. I had an excellent experience with my dentist, Dr. Alpert. He was very friendly and approachable. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The Dr. Alpert took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and care provided. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.
As someone who disliked going to the dentist as a child i can say i have found an office who takes your anxiety into consideration. Everyone is welcoming and makes your time in the office a positive experience. Dr Todd was very thorough, and helped educate me on the importance of maintaining healthy teeth early. This office gave me quality care today!Friendly, efficient and overall thorough. Dr Todd addressed my concerns for my tooth. Feeling better immediately! Got a plan together for it. So far I've had my hygiene treatment . They don't just do cleanings from what I understood they do treatment if you need it, if you don't then yes they'll do the basic cleaning. The front desk team here is fantastic! Darrian was Super friendly, helpful, and on top of everything. They make appointments and check-ins quick and stress-free. Such a positive experience!
Liz is fantastic. My sister Darian is an employee so I'm always a little bit skeptical about how highly she speaks of the Aspen family, but from start to finish it was amazing. Great team, great service, great vibes Go Aspen!!!!
I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years. I saw Dr. Todd, and he was amazing. He was very thorough in explaining to me everything he was going to do, as well as explaining everything throught the process. I had a cleaning and 4 fillings, I was not in any pain or uncomfortable throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental, especially after not being in a dentist chair in so many years. The front office staff were all so very kind and attentive as well!
Jackie and Dr. Todd are a great team, I enjoyed my time at the office. Can't wait to go back.
