I am in the process of getting a partial plate. They made 3 partial plates and done of them fit. Gave me a refund. Believe the reviews. Stay away from this place. They are incompetent.

Dentures promises not kept Where to begin? Staff is friendly for sure but needs to not lie because they cannot remember what lie they have said to whom. Was promised printed dentures that would fit like a glove & from day one they have not fit. Nor has anything been done to correct. Told to lick my lips then swallow. This do not correct the issue!!!! Was charged for printed & not given printed. With no reason why & no refund. Was in that office why why too many times. Given temporary dentures with bubble gum colored gums. Wa... read more

They make you pay up front for a service in full. I called to cancel the next day and told them to refund my money. A month later the charge of $700 is still on my account. I called and the staff hangs up on you. Then they lie and say oh you asked for the balance to stay on the account. Do not go here. They apparently don't keep notes on your account so they can just lie and make up crap and then say oh no I don't know who you were just speaking with. Scan!

This office is really a business office not a dentist office. I went there for a routine cleaning and X-rays, wanted the earliest appointment. got there, did the X-rays and talked to the dentist, then hygienist, then the selling person who tries to sale me deep cleaning with sticker price over a $1100. When I told her that I just need regular cleaning she refused to and told me they have to do the deep cleaning 1st. she offered me an appointment for a different day to find out how much my insurance will cover, then she ask... read more

I was looking to get an x-ray for my tooth that just chipped, called aspen and they offered me same day appointment. Prior to the appointment we hey kept calling me and regarding my insurance and they weren't able to fine it. I have PPO and the person verifying was not putting the correct info. Once I arrived I was taken in for my X-rays. The lady doing them informed me immediately take off all my jewelry and hurry! this was an late afternoon appointment. Was happy to get an apt with a new dentist in the area as I had a cancellation elsewhere and had taken a morning off from my busy work/life schedule. It started off well, clean office updated equipment, friendly enough staff etc. (hence the 1 star). Do not use, it is clear they use predatory billing practices. My son saw them a year ago on 07/02/2021, I received a bill on 07/06/2022 for $30.00. I will not be paying this, my very good dental insurance allots for a free exam every 6 months, yet they are still trying to charge me. I will be reporting them to BCBS fir these billing practices, as well as the BBB. It may be "only $30" but I should not have been charged a dime for this exam

Warning! I am a business owner myself. The office staff at this business is dishonest and rude. The office manager herself (Justine) stated she had received authorization for my cleaning and exam which I made a point to confirm before the appointment. I was very clear in stating I did not want any service that were not covered by my insurance. After the appointment she charged me $18. By the way the customer service team is almost impossible to get a hold of for Aspen Dental this is another corporation gone wrong. Go to your private dentist they treat you with the upmost care and actually are concerned about your dental needs. Don't even bother at Aspen Dental
