Was happy to get an apt with a new dentist in the area as I had a cancellation elsewhere and had taken a morning off from my busy work/life schedule. It started off well, clean office updated equipment, friendly enough staff etc. (hence the 1 star). Do not use, it is clear they use predatory billing practices. My son saw them a year ago on 07/02/2021, I received a bill on 07/06/2022 for $30.00. I will not be paying this, my very good dental insurance allots for a free exam every 6 months, yet they are still trying to charge me. I will be reporting them to BCBS fir these billing practices, as well as the BBB. It may be "only $30" but I should not have been charged a dime for this exam

Warning! I am a business owner myself. The office staff at this business is dishonest and rude. The office manager herself (Justine) stated she had received authorization for my cleaning and exam which I made a point to confirm before the appointment. I was very clear in stating I did not want any service that were not covered by my insurance. After the appointment she charged me $18. I asked why and she said there was an need for something extra in the cleaning that my insurance didn't cover. I figured $18 wasn't wor... read more

By the way the customer service team is almost impossible to get a hold of for Aspen Dental this is another corporation gone wrong. Go to your private dentist they treat you with the upmost care and actually are concerned about your dental needs. Don't even bother at Aspen Dental

I agree with some of the comments here. At first I thought Aspen was very nice. Not so much anymore. I was there when they first opened in 2020. They were all nice. I thought it was a bonus to have the lab there. Two years and 10 follow up visits later my dentures still don't fit correctly. And on my most recent visit I literally got the minor league team. Don't waste your time. Find a real dentist. I am.

Just another con job by corporate business. They advertise one thing and it is another thing in office. Try and speak with them and you do not get the direct office of the dentist you want to perform but a corporate telephone answering service. How impersonal. They want to lure you in with free xray and charge you a kings ransom for their procedures.. Hey folks stick with a private local dentist you can gain trust and confidence without a assembly line corporate controlled dentist.

i unseated a crown over the holiday weekend, and needed a checkup anyway, so contacted aspen palm desert. was able to make an appointment quickly for the following day. was awakened by phone at 8 am that morning and informed that my appt. was cancelled due to a dentist calling in sick. fine. i call back to reschedule. leave a message. call again; leave a message. call again, still not answering phones. found another practice happy to have my business, then finally get a call back from aspen palm desert the a day later. ... read more

Got an appointment right away online for a broken tooth. Then they called me that morning to reschedule for the next day. Got 3 more calls asking about my appointment and what I needed to be seen for. I told them I had filled out the online forms. Apparently no one looks at those. Finally got I. The next day. Waited 45 minutes and then was told after I complained, that it would at least be another 20 before I was seen. Left and went to Desert Dental where I was seen right away.

I broke a tooth a week ago and was in awful pain ... called Aspen on Good Friday and even tho' I would have liked to be seen right away, I got an appointment for the following Monday at 7:45. Monday Morning I was readying to finally head down there, after a weekend of not eating or sleeping and got a text ping on my phone, saying I had to be "rescheduled" ...
