The Aspen dental team is so amazing focusing on the patients needs, so caring and kind. The Dr is so humble and friendly if you have any kind of anxiety he is the doctor for you. Such a wonderful experience today. Will definitely recommend my friends and family. The team will make you feel welcome. The office is beautiful! Love it
This office has NO organization whatsoever, and I don't think a single person in that place has had any dental experience. From the receptionists, to the manager, it's an absolute s*** show. Let's NOT even get into the financials. DO NOT go here, even in an emergency.

I don't have dental insurance so I was trying to find a dentist that was affordable. I researched and Aspen Dental popped up. When I called the woman on the phone said I would get a deal they were offering at 20% off. I made the appointment and all was going well until I got to the part where they explained the fee. For one they were pushing ways to straighten my teeth when I was there only to take care of a broken tooth. I went to Aspen Dental and had X-rays taken. I was told the person to explain treatment and cost was out of office. They would have someone call me later that day or next day. After waiting four (4) days I went to the office and was told I could wait until someone was available or they would call me. Two (2) days later and I still have not received a call . Not as affordable as you would expect. I had to leave after paying the $49 plan fee and then realizing I can't afford anything anyway.

My husband went to Aspen Dental for an emergency visit due to severe dental pain. What should have been a straightforward evaluation turned into an absolute nightmare. After a quick and careless exam, he was told he needed FOUR upper molars removed and should start planning for upper dentures. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! First off, the lady who did my X-rays was extremely harsh and mean; she literally left bruising in my mouth. Secondly, what they claimed I needed was so far-fetched in terms of dental care. They wanted to remove several of my teeth and perform bone grafts. I went to another dentist today, and they told me that all I need are fillings and one root canal--certainly not nearly as costly as what they quoted me. Please do not go here. I visited them for a toothache. I made it clear at every interaction that I wanted to address my toothache. Their website claimed that they could help with that. I was given x rays and a comprehensive examination. My concerns and questions were brushed off by both the hygenist and the dentist. Please stay away from Aspen Dental unless you love nonstop surprise bills. My frustration with Aspen Dental is not with the quality of care and ease of appointments it is with the billing and upcharges. For all three of my appointments in 2025 I was quoted a price for the work and paid my balance in full before leaving the office. After every visit I would then get a bill in the mail for additional charges.
