I have been in dire need (emergency services) to see a dentist. I looked online for places willing to help with payment solutions. Lets face it, dental work is not cheap. Aspen got me an appointment the next day and in the morning. I showed up and was greeted with a friendly receptionist that made me feel comfortable. when I went to the back, the girl went to take my x-rays, and noticed the amount of pain I was in. The staff is phenomenal, however, I am more than disappointed with my final outcome. I've been going through this process for 6 mos, the bottom plate they made for me doesn't fit at all. I feel I'll have to start the process all over with a different dental facility

Best service ever! They really take care of their customers. Very clean facility! Vacums are awesome! Cleaning supplies provided for windows and sanitation! Again, absolute best! I recommend the unlimited washes if you live close to the facility! You'll thank me later! -BMW CUSTOMER

The Aspen dental team is so amazing focusing on the patients needs, so caring and kind. The Dr is so humble and friendly if you have any kind of anxiety he is the doctor for you. Well I had a crown fall off today and since I changed jobs I have new insurance and was looking for someone in network that could get me in today to glue it back on. So I called Aspen they told me they had a 1:00 pm appointment and that they would be able to take care of it. I gave all my info and I leave work drive like a bat outta hell to get there on time only to be told that they would only be doing X-rays and a consultation. Are you kidding me? Front office does not keep accurate records. Stay away to avoid really bad experience. They made my dentures and then told me my dentures were not made by them, so then they refused any warranty going forward and wanted me to pay for something that they would not honor. Manager should be fired for rudeness and unprofessional.
