Biggest ripoff dental practice. Went for a cleaning and xrays as a new patient. After xrays and exam they said need a deep cleaning procedure at a cost of $518 for two separate appointments. I told them I only wanted a health teeth cleaning. They refused to do it and said according to my exam I needed a deep cleaning and to visit every 4 months. I have never been so disgusted. I chose Aspen Dental to purchase my dentures from after reading all about the wonderful dentures they advertise and the 100% money back guarantee..I paid in full before any work was done and went for my extraction. The process in which the teeth are pulled here is horrible. My husband was made to wait a long time for a tooth extraction. He also waited a long time for a pain killer prescription. The billing was a mess. Overall lack of communication ... we do not recommend this business

Charged over $3000.00 for a dental implant for my husband......made payment IN FULL before he even sat in the chair for evaluation. They never called us to make an appointment to actually get the tooth put in (you have to wait so many months after the rods have been implanted). Went in for routine cleaning. Was told xrays & exam are free for new patients.They said I needed $2400 in gum treatments, I declined and opted for routine cleaning. They refused to do cleaning unless I had the $2400 treatment. Mind you, I have always had a cleaning every 6 mos without fail. Found another dentist that did the cleaning and doesnt recommend any other treatment. Had them send copy of xrays to new dentist and they arrived in a completely unusable form. Very poor communication they expect you to pay upfront before you even see what you get and then they've change the numbers on you every time you go there it's something new would never go back ever again told me that I was going to be sedated they didn't sedate me. They gave me some gas. It didn't even work. The utensils were all rusty, so it was a scary ordeal.

This place is an insurance scam. The treatment plan and prices they give you do not jive with what your insurance actually covers. Their goal is to trick you into paying full price or overcharges, rather than the prices you should be paying under your insurance coverage. They failed to tell my husband that the prices they were quoting him for necessary oral surgery were using an out of network provider (why would we want to use an out of network provider?).
