I called to make an appt for an emergency extraction. I was then interested in having other dental work done. They quoted me the price for the extraction and gave me an appt for 2 days away. (tooth cracked in 1/2) I went to my appt and was given the free x-rays, I asked if I could possibly have the tooth extracted before attempting the x-rays but told "no, that wasn't possible" Because of the cracked tooth the x-rays were excruciating. I'm still not sure what to think. I went in for my free first visit had Xrays done and saw the hygienist, and Doctor the whole time letting them know I am a disabled War Vet and live on a Very fixed income and have 2 children at home and my granddaughter to take care of. I was told not to worry that they would take care of me they hygienist said she was sending me home with a new toothbrush and a special toothpaste but when everything was done and I saw the financial rep i was handed a paper stating the dentures would cost m... read more

Avoid this place at all costs. They will lie to you and tell you they take your insurance, then proceed to not check when you get there. After your appointment they will claim your insurance is not accepted and bill you. Not to mention they didn't even do anything in the appointment except to say you need to pay more money to get procedures done. They are just out to make a quick buck from hard working people. Please save your money for businesses that deserve it. If I could give zero stars I would.

I will be going for my FREE cleaning and Xrays on Monday. My husband has been going for a root canal. I get a kick out of this so far. They call us three times to make sure we are going to make our appointment on time and then we get there and have to sit and wait and wait and wait!! They want us there on time, but when we get there "What is the hold up" I am just going to check them out. We have insurance that pays for cleaning, but my husband got charged for cleaning all over again.

This office ruined my front four teeth and then refused to give me the funds necessary to fix their mistake . They gave me 1,100 to fix a 6,000 mistake . I wrote to the President of the company numerous times to even get that . I now have a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing . I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU THINK TWICE before letting this office do ANY work in your mouth !!! They do not care about the patients , I gave them NUMEROUS chances and begged them to do the right thing. this is the worst dentist that I have ever been to. they are unprofessional and rude. they charged me for things that I didn't even get done, then told me that it was "taken care of" then weeks later told me that if I didn't pay they would send it to collections. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I was ROBBED! I paid in advance for a "descaling" which according to the office manager was something I so desperately needed. YES...I said office manager because the Dentist that looked at my teeth was barely understandable. My total bill was $430, which was supposed to include local anesthetic in three quadrants due to the pain descaling was going to cause.
