They pulled a tooth did two fillings and cleaned my teeth. I hate dentist but the team was amazing. My mouth has never felt better. The whole team was very nice. I highly recommend them

Aspen Dental has lost paperwork and made reschedules to an appt twice now. If not the ONLY in-network provider for the insurance, wouldn't be back. Infection not being treated seriously. Shame on Aspen Dental.

They need to read the chart before scheduling an appointment. Then they would see that other work needs to be done first. i scheduled this appointment three weeks ago but no one bothered to check until I got there. This is not my first unpleasant experience where they didn't tell me everything up front. Now I have to wait two more weeks.

Complete waste of time, very unprofessional, all they care about is money. My husband needed a tooth pulled and specifically stated that reason when making the appointment. Dentist refused to pull the clearly abscessed tooth, said go to ER if pain is that bad (ER can’t pull teeth) and then tried to get an $8,000 deposit for dentures and reschedule to pull all teeth at a later time. this is the worst dentist that I have ever been to. they are unprofessional and rude. they charged me for things that I didn't even get done, then told me that it was "taken care of" then weeks later told me that if I didn't pay they would send it to collections. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
Great experience at my appointment yesterday. The office manager was very helpful & professional. The girls in the office went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend anyone to the Rochester office!! The dentist was also personable and professional. Thank all of you for a job well done!! Looking forward to coming back!!!

I’ve called to guys 5 times to no avail, spoke with you guys yesterday with multiple abscess teeth & an infection, and expressed the importance of being on antibiotics before my daughter is born, and have YET to receive a call back or even an answer at your office when it’s so clearly open, I’ve been walking around with this infection for MONTHS now but because I don’t have a down payment on a HOUSE I can’t receive any actual help, MIND blowing
My wife made an appointment to have teeth extracted after he initial consult. We go back to the room, dentist sticks the needle in her gums, and starts extracting before shes even numb! They got 1 tooth out, that's it! She called it quits. My wife was crying, and her whole body was shaking from the pain. The dentist was rude, and unprofessional at best. We go back out front, they refunded us 194.40 out of the 212 we originally paid, and then they decided to offer to have us pay for oral surgery with sedation. That was 373.20... read more

When going in for the first time I was very disappointed that they wanted to schedule another appt. after my exam when they could have done what needed to be done right then and there. Their excuse was just to make sure I could pay for services. Horrible business, Nice staff. Will not go there again. Waste of time!!!
