Your dentists are focused on carving up teeth as much as possible. I had a filling and had to tell the dentist to reduce the chasm in my tooth by putting in sufficient filling material. I had two crowns replaced, and the dentist (a different person than did the filling) shaved so much off the crowns that my bite has changed significantly. Crowns are too expensive to carve them away willy-nilly without regard for how this affects the patient. Completely disappointing experience on all clinical counts. However, the billing... read more

I had a filling put in a couple years ago and it fell out recently. It's a composite and not the metal one. they bullied me into getting the composite telling me it would last longer. It did not. they want to charge me crazy prices to have it replaced. I told them I wanted the metal. I made the appointment. I waited one hour to see the dentist, to only have a consultation & asked to make a second appointment for a tooth extraction. I specifically stated I sought an extraction. The appt should've been combined. The staff NEVER apologize for the wait time & acted shock that I was infuriated by the wait.

I went in with mind set that I want dentures of course they told me I should save what teeth I could of course they would it's more money.So I went to talk to the financial person and I just about fell off my chair I do have some dental insurance and also get a discount of$1700. So tell me why it's gonna cost out of pocket between $6k and $9k???? I know some one who just a full set of dentures with same amount of insurance and discount and she paid total out of pocket $2k.i just feel like I'm get to g screwed out of money.So... read more

The Dentist at the Rochester office was very very quick to complete my filling which was a plus but his bedside manner was lacking.... okay lean back then he immediatly went to town with the nova sine needle with little to no warning. Prior to this appointment they tried selling me on 10k worth of work including an implant and a deep cleaning ... the shuffled me into see the financial aid person but there was little to no communication with me about what my options really were so that I could make an educated decision... ove... read more

I have driven 2 times for my appointments to get my teeth done that I should have by now drove 2 hours round trip twice just to have to reschedule because they were so backed up the staff r friendly but the waiting time is ridiculous do something about it
