Nothing but a BUTCHER SHOP. I had a molar pulled a month ago which still is NOT healed and a huge spur came out last night. I called the office and requested an antibiotic so I will not get an infection while I'm going through this and was told I needed to come in AGAIN. Had my first visit at Aspen yesterday, and had to wait for 30 minutes while being subjected to garbage television being played at top volume. It was a talk show where people were discussing what kinds of pornography turn them on; meanwhile there were children in the waiting room having to listen to this. There were additional long waits in between the various people who looked at my teeth, but at least I was left in peace. I called them for emercey visit and they told me I couldn't get in till the end if week. What is emercey visit for?
Went in with an abscessed tooth that had cracked, never saw a hygienist, dentist was pushy and brushed off my concern about abcess, pulled rest of tooth and sent me to pay... coincidentally right before they closed. Over an hour to still not have appointment finished completely. Took me in early as x-ray tech wad leaving early. No follow up paperwork, just a receipt for payment. Couldn't talk through gauze in my mouth to even ask questions.
I had a 2:30 appointment. They examined me and told me to sit down. They forgot about me and I never got out of the office until 5:00. They did a good job in repairing my denture. Will be returning to get dentures made.
I went there today to get my two upper wisdom teeth taken out. The receptionists were very friendly. But I was called in by a dental hygienist that practically ran to the surgical room. When I got there the doctor and another nurse were getting things ready. I was rushed to take my coat off and sit down. Had broken crown removed along with gold post. Next appointment asked about gold post no one had a clue where it was. Was told it was thrown out like that happened someone has it. In my mind its theft by deception i will seek litigation will not go back.
I needed to call the after hours emergency line 3xs and I still haven't had a call back. I guess they can't be bothered. My tooth has exposed roots and I'm in extreme pain and I can't get any help. What a wast of my time. I guess I need to find a new dentist.
