Best office the staff is superb. ...Dr Yoon Is the best and his assistant Amy are amazing the OM is outstanding and the Hygienists are always great as well
Stay far away from Dr.Park!! He is not qualified and will rob you blind! I got a second opinion after he claimed I needed multiple crowns and other expensive dental work. I didn’t need either! He is full of shit and only wants to destroy your teeth to milk as much money as he can out of you.
I do no recommend Aspen Dental. My best friend went here and days before his routine cleaning he was called to reschedule because “something came up”. He had to wait months before being able to get in because they were booked out. Once he went in they said it had been to long in between and they needed to do more scans etc. They do this to make more money off the individual and or insurer. This should be illegal. Today was my first time going to Aspen Dental and I think it’ll be my last.. First off one of the receptionists were very pushy and seemed annoyed which immediately kinda put me off the place. My X-Ray experience was really good and the girl who did them was excellent. Then came the dentist. He didn’t even introduce himself so I don’t even know who it was. Sorry for the lengthy review readers but this one’s a doozy. Easily the most traumatic dental experience of my life. I went in for an extraction of a broken back molar and a bone graft. Now, having 3 wisdom teeth pulled in the past, I knew I had extremely strong bone and my teeth are always difficult to pull. I let the dentist know this before hand so he knew to set some time aside for me. As I assumed it would, it took over an hour to extract a tooth that was already half gone. Not pleased with the experience I had today. First, their phone lines were down to register to go in. The lobby had about 5 people sitting there. Many staff were sitting at the desk area.(They close at 1:00 on Fridays.).My appointment was for noon. I arrived at 11:50 to check in. The receptionist says that my appointment was for 11:00. rude, unprofessional, money grubbing, JANKY dentist office. visited aspen a year and a half ago for dentures, which they messed up severely. wanting to give a second chance, I stuck with them and allowed them to fix and finish my dentures, with the permanent denture being fitted after 1 year passed. 1 year passes, no call from them about a follow up, so I call them to make the appointment.
