went to Aspen for a first visit. They told me it'd be 4200 to fix my teeth. I have a very badly impacted wisdom tooth. I paid to have it out. I've tried calling the last few days because ever since I've left there my jaw is swollen and hurts so much. I can barley talk, so I called their emergency number for 6 hours, kept being told the on call would call me back within 20 minutes. 72 hours later and still no call. I'm not happy. They took my money and now won't answer me.

Kinda funny. I went to have two teeth removed. They advertise it's a completely guilt feel office. Yeah bull since the person I got out right said. You use your teeth everyday, but don't take care of them.

They rushed to do full x-rays, despite the fact that I wasn't sure if I was due. My insurance will only pay if it's every three years. They said they would absorb the cost if my insurance wouldn't. You better believe they will! The dentist's evaluation contradicted what the previous two dentists had said. The only reason I went here is because I moved from Vermont. I spent $13,000 at my previous dentist for a bridge and this guy is telling me it's not good???? I will go back for another cleaning but I have no confidence in t... read more

I have had to wait a while before posting this just so I could call down and use so many expletives in my experience. I've been going here off and on for 5 ish yrs . I was a huge fan at first. I Don't have the greatest mouth and they were slowly but surely getting me fixed. About 3ish yrs ago they had some sort of a change up and Dr. Dagma left and I was stuck with Dr. Yoon. Front desk staff and hygienists were all very nice and polite to me. Once they took me in back, my x-rays were taken in a timely manner and I was brought to a room. This dentist literally put on a pair of gloves, lifted my lip and told me my tooth was broken... As if I didn't already know. He then sat at his desk for 5-10 mins writing in my chart without saying a word. Awful. First apt was okay, they did x rays seemed good - Second apt for my cleaning- showed up 10 minutes early, literally waited an hour and a half before they got me in.... and my third appointment to get my wisdom teeth checked out legit waited over 35 minutes .. still waiting ... find a small personal dentist that actually cares and not a corporate drive through dentist ...

I waited for more than an hour to get an x-Ray, then waited another 30 minutes to see a dentist( patient that came after me was seen before me), the dentist didn't even look in my mouth and said there was nothing he could do. I needed a crown. I wonder what this is going to cost me.

I called to make a appointment because my tooth cracked and my gums were starting to hurt and part of the tooth was very loose. So I wanted it taken out..Get a appointment 2 days later. I get there 10 minutes early,sign in wait for 40 minutes and then a woman went up to the desk saying she waited a hour already and that someone should be letting people know Then the girl calls me over to tell me the dentist is running behind by a hour. I made an appointment to have a broken tooth dealt with. I got there with my new patient info ready in hand 5 minutes prior to my appointment time gave it to a lady and was told somebody would be right out to get me for x-rays and an exam. Half hour later I got brought in. Had my x-ray done then had my gum sockets measured????
