I went to Aspen with an infected tooth. The staff took several x-rays and I met with the surgeon the same day and he explained everything to me about extracting the tooth. Since it was badly infected I needed antibiotics before surgery. And as advertised this was all FREE. After having antibiotics via IV in a hospital for two days I returned to Aspen. The staff in North Utica, especially Shelly, was awesome. The dentist and assistant (do not know their names) were also very good.

Absolutely Excellent!! I have been a patient at each of the local Aspen Dental locations (Utica, New Hartford, Rome), but my first visit to Rome Aspen Dental was the best I have ever had to a dentist EVER. I had an extraction yesterday and the staff was great, but the DDS was incredibly gentle, patient, and knowledgeable and his nurse was just as great. I will be recommending them to all family and friends!

They are very pleasant, helpful and respectful of my husband's decisions. The staff is excellent and made him feel good about getting dentures. Made him feel very comfort and he hates the dentist. We would recommend the Rome, N.Y. office.
