Start random drug testing with your employees. Most of them go to work under the influence.

I made an appointment complaining about tooth pain that was keeping me up at night, an hour before my appointment they said they're xray machine was down and they would have to move my appointment to the next Monday. I asked if there was any way they could still see me and they said there was nothing they could do, so I made the appointment. It was most most painful and distressing visit I’ve ever had, I had a molar pulled and four days later called because I had something sharp sticking in my cheek.. went into dentist he looked in my mouth and grabbed a pr of sm pliers and broke off a piece of jawbone with no numbing ....asked if that was better. I explained it still felt sharp...so he got a dental drill and started grinding on my sore mouth and jawbone w no anesthesia. I would improve Aspen Dental by having reliable people on staff. I received a totally incorrect diagnosis as the result for a poor exam. The diagnosis would have resulted in a healthy tooth being extracted. I will not be returning!

The receptionist was very friendly. I did see the hygienist but never did see the dentist. My appointment was for 12:15. At 1:15 I still had not seen the dentist. No one came in to explain the long wait to me. I finally just go up and walked out. Very bad experience. I will not be going back and do not recommend this office.

You have an ad that says you can get "Full Basic Dentures" for $399. I assume that is per arch which would be a good deal. However, when my dad went in to see about getting these, he was told that those aren't worth buying and they tried selling him much more expensive dentures. If they aren't worth having, you shouldn't sell them.

Walked in around noon Thursday with pain in R side of Jaw. It popped while yawning the evening before and could not get my mouth fully open or closed. Put ice on it immediately...Given papers to fill out and an appt the same day at 3:45. Returned with paper and saw Dr. Randol. TMJ problem...given Rx for muscle spasms...which help so much. I will be reinstating my dental insurance and return when it is reinstated. I am still very swollen and can only eat soft foods and I do so appreciate the care I got.

It was awesome I got a full exam for free. I went in because I was in a lot of pain just wish you didn't have to pay up front and that they could set up a payment plan or something because I have no insurance.
