Service has been good, but the wait time at the Sandusky, Ohio office is ridiculously. Twice I have had the first appointment of the day and waited 20 minutes to be seen and the wait time increases as the day goes on. The one time I mentioned the wait instead of an apology I was informed they were a busy office. I'm busy too, but you expect me to be on time.

The office was ok. Dr Lau was knowlegable. The wait time was terrible..I went in at 3 pm and didn't get out until 6 pm
I've only had one visit with them but so far I am pleased with them so far
Dr Lau and the staff do a great job. I've never had a long wait.
Initial appointment was very professional. All staff very friendly.
I had the worst tooth pain in my life, when I called I was really worried because I wasn’t a patient there before and I don’t have dental insurance... they immediately reassured me about the financial part and got me in right away! I needed a small procedure done that they did right on the spot and my pain went away immediately! Seriously the best experience I have ever had at a dentist!
